Dear Luis,

I am writing to provide a recommendation to the Club's event which is scheduled for next month.

For the upcoming event, I want to give a suggestion for making 'Paneer Bhurji' which is very popular in India, specifically it is famous in north India. It is served on regular basis in almost every Indian restaurant.

Paneer Bhurji is cottage cheese cooked with oil, onions and traditional Indian spices. It is easy to cook and it takes fifteen to twenty minutes only. Additionally, the process is also very simple, mix the cottage cheese with onions, tomatoes green chilli and fry it on medium heat with the help of oil and spices.

Lastly, India is the largest democracy in the world, a touch of Indian food is found in every corner of globe. Adding Paneer Bhurji will attract Indian as well as other communities. This food has the ability to come most popular among many communities.
