Dear Sir or Madam,

I am currently a tenant who rented an apartment from your firm. I am writing this letter to complaint about a fellow neighbour who rents from your agency as well and creates nuisance late at night while playing console games.

First of all, it all initiated a week ago when I arrived home late than usual. I heard sound of gunshots with high bass and laughs with it in my bedroom across my flat. Furthermore, It stayed like that for couple more days.

As a result, the disturbance bothers my daily schedule as, I get severe headaches due lack of sleep. It also affects my productivity at workplace and disturbs my mental peace.

It would be really appreciated if you can look into this matter by taking strict action regarding this situation. As well as, it would be helpful if there is an common policy made related to disturbance for everyone in the community.
