Dear Mitesh,

How've you been? I hope you are doing well. I am writing to discuss the problems that I experience during my recent stay at your home while you were away.

I experienced quite a lot of convenience, particularly with my sleep. Since air-conditioning was not working properly, It disturbed my sleep and I was awake throughout the nights.

I am sorry to say that I forgot to feed your dog and make sure he got enough water. Although I promised you that I would provide your dog with regular care, I was unable to take good care of him.

I want to make it up to you. Can you please let me know whether you want me to help you organize your house or do some household chores? In addition, I will always be ready to lend my hand whenever you need in the future.

Once again, I sincrely apologize for the mistakes I made while looking after your home.
