Dear Mitesh,

How've you been? I hope you are doing well. I am writing to discuss the problems that I experienced during my recent stay at your home while you were away.

I experienced quite a lot of inconvenience, particularly with my sleep. Since the air-conditioning was not working properly, it disturbed my sleep and I was awake throughout the nights.

I am also sorry to say that I forgot to feed your dog and make sure he got enough water. Although I promised you that I would provide your dog with regular care, I was unable to take good care of him.

I want to make it up to you. Can you please let me know whether you want me to help you organize your house or do some household chores? In addition, I will always be ready to lend a hand whenever you need in the future.

Once again, I apologize for the mistakes I made while lloking after your home.
