When I rented the flat it was normal ;however, when my neighbour received a gift on his birthday which was last month.Afterthat every night he has been playing game and eventully making noise entire night because he work from home.

Due to the noise ,my sleeping cycle disturbed and I am not able to focus properly at work. Moreover, my six years old son not able to sleep because he is afraid of sound effect and crying whole night.

I looking forward to take an action prompty.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three points: you explain that the noise began after your neighbour’s birthday last month, describe its effects on your sleep, work and son, and request warnings and quieter playing. These details make the complaint relevant and give the agency a clear reason to act. The request is somewhat less fully developed than the description of the problem: for example, you could specify a reasonable quiet-hours rule or ask the agency to contact the neighbour and follow up if the noise continues. The letter’s purpose and position are clear throughout. To strengthen it further, make the requested action more precise and explain what outcome you expect.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter follows a sensible sequence: complaint, background, effects, requested action and closing. Paragraphing helps distinguish these stages, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “So” show how the points relate. The progression is generally clear, although some connections are mechanical or unclear, particularly the long sentence beginning “when my neighbour received a gift” and the final request, which combines several suggestions in one sentence. The reference “because he work from home” also makes the reason for the noise difficult to follow. Use shorter, more clearly connected sentences and separate the effects from the proposed solutions to make the organisation smoother.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use vocabulary relevant to a formal complaint, including “formally,” “verbal and written warning,” “focus,” and “volume.” The reader can understand the main problem and its effects, but noticeable spelling and word-choice errors reduce precision: “compain,” “eventully,” and “prompty” are misspelled, while “sleeping cycle disturbed” and “none of disturb” are not natural expressions. Some phrases, such as “playing video game in midnight,” also show limited control of collocation. Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common complaint phrases as complete units. More precise wording would help the letter sound appropriately formal and make the requested action easier to understand.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a time clause with “when” and a reason introduced by “because.” However, errors in verb forms, sentence construction and punctuation are frequent enough to make some sentences difficult to process. For example, “my sleeping cycle disturbed” needs a verb, “my six years old son not able to sleep” lacks an auxiliary, and “I suggesting to agency” has an incorrect verb form and article use. The sentence about the birthday also runs together after “last month.” Practise complete subject–verb structures and accurate past and present forms, then check each sentence for a clear main clause. This will improve control while retaining your attempts at complex sentences.
