But unfortunality, this thing is happening regualry and effecting the sleepy hours.Everyday they are playing videos games and listing to laud music that create such a bad effect on my family.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the main purpose by reporting late-night gaming and music, explaining effects on your grandmother and children, and asking the agency to intervene. The timing is only partly clear: you say the neighbour “just rented” the flat and that the noise happens “Everyday,” but do not state when the problem first began. The requested action—“warm to him/her”—is also unclear, and the letter does not specify practical steps such as contacting the neighbour or enforcing quiet hours. The impact is relevant, though the effects on your grandmother are described generally. To strengthen the response, give a clear start point, explain the consequences precisely, and make a specific, polite request. The informal opening also does not suit a letter beginning “Dear Sir or Madam,” as instructed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic sequence: you introduce the complaint, describe your family’s situation and the noise, then request action. This gives the reader a general sense of the message. However, the ideas are crowded into long paragraphs, and the progression is weakened by abrupt transitions such as “Well,” “First,” and “Due to that.” Some references are unclear, particularly “this thing” and “that,” so the reader must infer what they refer to. The request and closing are also not clearly separated from the explanation. Use distinct paragraphs for the problem, its effects, and the action requested; replace vague references with specific nouns and use a small number of precise linking phrases to make the sequence easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the complaint, including “noise,” “late at night,” “anxiety,” and “sleep properly,” so the central issue is understandable. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or misspelled expressions make the letter less clear or natural. For example, “videos games” and “laud music” obscure otherwise straightforward details, while “solve this issue” and “do not do this next time” are vague for a formal complaint. Repetition of “peacefully” and “thing” also limits precision. Build a more suitable range for formal correspondence by using accurate collocations such as “excessive noise,” “disturbing our sleep,” and “contact the tenant.” Check spelling and choose specific words rather than repeating general terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, for example, “I am writing…” and the sentence beginning “In my family especially my grandmother…”. However, complex sentences are often difficult to control, and frequent errors affect clarity. In “noise coming from neighbour's home late at night who just rented,” the relative clause is attached unclearly; “that cause of anxiety” has an incorrect clause structure; and “children can not sleep properly and concentrate” needs consistent verb forms. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and punctuation, such as “for last one year” and the run-on spacing around “hours.Everyday.” Use shorter, complete sentences first, then add subordinate clauses carefully. Review articles, subject–verb agreement, and sentence boundaries.
