Dear sir,
Recently I moved from Brampton to Edmonton and got a rental apartment from your company because of job transfer.
Although the flat is very attractive with its amenities but i feel its has a noisy problem because at nights somebody play a video game music very loud . when i research that i found its was created by your agency.
The main problem is that most of tenants including me are working individuals who are my neighbours. So, we spent a whole day on job therefore at nights we need some rest.
In addition i also do some of my pending office work at home unfortunately your music system distracting to me. Hence, I requested to your company please make your voice down or play until 9 pm so i can concentrete abput my work and peace which makes win win situation for both.
i hope you understand and give me prompt resolutipn to this issue.
Thanks

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You explain that the noise happens at night and describe two effects: you need rest after work, and the music distracts you from office work at home. You also request that the agency lower the volume or restrict gaming to before 9 pm. However, the task asks when the problem began, and “Recently” refers to your move rather than clearly stating when the neighbour’s noise started. The request is also framed as asking the company to “make your voice down,” so it is not fully clear what action you expect the agency to take. The response therefore addresses the main concerns only partially; specify when the noise began and ask the agency to contact the neighbour or enforce quiet hours.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The letter has a recognisable sequence: you introduce the rental situation, explain the disturbance, describe its effects, and make a request. Paragraph breaks help separate these points, and connectors such as “Although,” “In addition,” and “Hence” show attempts to link ideas. However, some links are inaccurate or make the progression difficult to follow. For example, “when i research that i found its was created by your agency” is unclear, and “So, we spent a whole day on job therefore at nights” combines ideas awkwardly. The final request and closing are also crowded together. Use clearer paragraphing and simpler links, and make each paragraph focus on one purpose: background, impact, then requested action.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “amenities,” “pending office work,” “distracting,” and “resolution.” These choices help communicate the general problem, but the range is limited and several phrases are inaccurate or unnatural, sometimes making the meaning harder to understand. For instance, “noisy problem,” “your music system,” and “make your voice down” do not clearly describe a neighbour playing loud games. “Win win situation” is also informal and does not explain the benefit precisely. Aim for natural collocations such as “excessive noise,” “loud game audio,” and “reduce the volume.” Check spelling and word forms, including “concentrate” and “resolution,” to make your message easier to read.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, for example, “Although the flat is very attractive with its amenities but…” and “In addition i also do some of my pending office work at home unfortunately…”. However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries can make the reader work to understand your meaning. Examples include “somebody play,” “most of tenants,” and “i feel its has”; the sentence beginning “Although” also incorrectly adds “but.” Punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent, particularly in the long sentence about working at home. Build accuracy with shorter sentences first, then practise joining them with one appropriate connector and checking subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries.
