Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the main situation and include the key points: the neighbours have recently moved in, their gaming is loud late at night, it has affected your sleep, and you ask the agency to act. The timing is partly clear in “for two weeks,” and you explain that you work all day and feel tired, which gives relevant context. However, the start of the problem could be stated more directly, and the requested action is vague: “take a well action” does not tell the agency whether you want it to contact the neighbours, remind them of quiet hours, or investigate. The warning that you may move is clear, but developing a specific, polite request would make the letter more complete and purposeful.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a basic sequence: an opening, an explanation of the noise and its effects, and a final request. This gives the reader a general sense of the message. However, the ideas are crowded into long paragraphs, and the progression is weakened by abrupt links such as “But recently” and “So in this regards.” Several points are repeated, particularly the inability to sleep and the request for action, while the relationship between the neighbours’ gaming and music is not always clear. Use separate paragraphs for the problem, its impact, and the action requested, and connect them with straightforward transitions. Clearer sentence boundaries and references would make the letter easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “late at night,” “neighbour,” “apartment,” and “solution,” so the basic message can be understood. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make the letter sound unnatural or occasionally unclear. For example, “a mager destruction” does not express the effect of the noise, and “take a well action” is not a natural way to request intervention. Spelling errors such as “respecfully,” “aginst,” and “nessary” are also noticeable. Build a small set of accurate phrases for complaints and their effects, such as “serious disturbance,” “disrupts my sleep,” and “contact the tenants.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to combine ideas using clauses, for example, “because i do work whole the day and at night feel tired,” but sentence structures are often faulty and the range remains limited. Errors in verb forms, articles, and sentence construction occur throughout: “they played video games loudly” shifts tense, while “in my new tenants have come in next apartment” is difficult to parse. Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, with sentences running together after “silencly” and “night.” These problems sometimes make the reader work to understand the intended meaning. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, and check that each sentence has a clear subject and verb.
