Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you say the problem has continued for ten days, explain that it disrupts your sleep and work and wakes your child, and ask the agency to take action. These details make the complaint relevant and give the reader a clear sense of its impact. However, the start of the problem is not fully clear: “Last month, I rented” describes when you moved in, while “last 10 days” describes how long the noise has continued. The requested action is also rather broad; specify whether you want the agency to contact the neighbour, enforce quiet hours, or investigate. The letter’s purpose is clear, but some points need more precise development.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: you introduce the situation, describe its effects in a separate paragraph, and then make a request. Connectors such as “as a result” and “Apart from that” help show how the ideas relate, and the reader can follow the complaint. To make the progression more polished, distinguish the date you moved in from when the noise began, and use clearer references instead of repeating “my neighbour” and “loud video game sound.” The closing also shifts abruptly from a formal complaint to “your loving,” which does not suit a letter to an agency. A formal sign-off would make the ending consistent with the purpose and tone.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main problem, including “high volume,” “concentration,” “midnight,” and “reviews.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling or word-choice errors make parts less natural, such as “appartment,” “consentration,” “sleeply,” and “respond.” Some phrases are also awkward or unclear, particularly “very loud music sound” and “my neighbourhood playing video game.” Choose precise expressions for the noise and the neighbour’s behaviour, and check spelling carefully. More suitable complaint language, such as “excessive noise” or “disturbing other residents,” would help you express the issue more clearly and appropriately.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You communicate the main events using a mixture of simple statements and some attempts at longer structures, including “as a result I cannot get sleep properly” and “because of loud video game sound.” However, several sentence patterns are incomplete or incorrectly formed, which sometimes makes the reader pause. For example, “since I heard very loud music sound in night, my neighbour playing video game” lacks a clear main-clause verb form, and “I requested you that takes” does not form a correct request. There are also errors with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries. Practise complete clauses and standard request forms, such as “I would like you to contact my neighbour,” while retaining your attempts to explain cause and effect.
