Because he plays a very loud music in a mid of the night, so because of music i can't sleep properly with these noise.

Noise can also affects my full day routine because i cannot sleep as my regular schedule, my sleep was also incomplete cause of this i feel dizziness full of the day and i can't focus on my study and some works, because my exams are coming soon in about 1 month .

I'm sure your agency will also help me for resolving this loud music problem at latenight, and give them some restrictions to play music with a limited volume and a limited time i would like he play music no more after 10:00 pm .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the main purpose by reporting late-night noise, explaining its effects on your sleep, daily routine and studies, and asking the agency to intervene. The impact is relevant and includes useful detail, such as your upcoming exams. However, the first bullet is not clearly answered: “Recently i rent a flat” describes when you rented the flat, not when the noise problem began. The requested action is also somewhat unclear: you ask for restrictions and a 10 p.m. limit, but do not explicitly request that the agency contact or warn the neighbour. State when the noise started and make the agency’s requested action precise to cover every part of the task more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a generally understandable sequence: you introduce the complaint, describe its effects, and finish with a request. The second paragraph develops the consequences, moving from poor sleep to dizziness and difficulty concentrating. However, several ideas are joined in long, crowded sentences, especially the opening paragraph, where the complaint and its cause are difficult to separate. Repeated links such as “because” and “so because of” make the connections feel mechanical, and the final request is packed into one sentence. Use clearer sentence boundaries and organise the letter into distinct paragraphs for the problem, its effects, and the action you want. A conventional closing would also make the letter feel more complete.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the complaint, including “loud volume,” “sleep properly,” “dizziness,” and “focus on my study.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or combinations are unnatural, which sometimes makes the reader work to understand your meaning. For example, “my neighbours flat and hobby” does not clearly express that the neighbour plays games loudly, while “full of the day” and “limited time” are imprecise in context. There are also spelling and spacing issues, such as “latenight.” Build a more precise set of phrases for noise complaints and daily effects, and check that each expression fits naturally with its surrounding words.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences, but the response relies heavily on these structures and they are often faulty, so meaning is not always immediately clear. For example, “Recently i rent a flat … there is everything is very good” combines clauses without a correct structure, and “Noise can also affects” has an incorrect verb form. Other problems include agreement and articles in “There is some furniture are also available,” as well as tense and sentence-boundary issues in “my sleep was also incomplete cause of this i feel dizziness.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses. Check verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation before submitting.
