Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the main situation and make a clear request for the agency to speak to the neighbour, while explaining that the noise prevents you from sleeping. However, the task asks when the problem began, and “After you given accommodation to new renter” gives only a vague sequence rather than a clear time or duration. The effect on you is also brief: you mention irritation and poor sleep, but could explain more specifically how this affects your rest or work. The threat to leave and request for action “today” communicate urgency, though a more measured, specific request—such as asking the agency to contact the neighbour and enforce quiet hours—would develop your purpose more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter follows a generally understandable order: you introduce your tenancy, describe the new neighbour and the noise, explain its effect, and request action. This gives the reader a coherent overall account. Some links between ideas are awkward or unclear, however. For example, “my neighbour that is next to my accommodation left” and “After you given accommodation to new renter” make the change in neighbours difficult to follow, while “Even in that sound” does not clearly connect the noise to your inability to sleep. The short, separate request, “You should talk to him,” could be integrated into a clearer closing paragraph. Use paragraph breaks for the background, impact, and requested action, and make references explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the central problem, with relevant expressions such as “loud sound of video game,” “irritates me,” and “can't sleep properly.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations sound unnatural, including “things getting hard for me,” “get rid of these noises,” and “solve my issue.” Spelling errors such as “Everthing,” “responsility,” and “accommodtaion” also make the writing less polished. Choose more precise language for a formal complaint, for example, describe the noise as “disruptive” and say it is affecting your sleep. Check spelling and use natural combinations such as “raise a complaint” or “take action.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to connect ideas using clauses such as “because I have been working in the afternoon shift” and “If you didn't do anything today,” but the range of sentence structures remains limited, and errors occur frequently. Examples include “As you know that i am renting,” “I have spend,” and “After you given accommodation,” where the clause structure or verb form is incorrect. Tense and agreement are also inconsistent in “things getting hard” and “loud sound … is coming.” Capitalise “I,” and use complete, controlled sentences—for instance, “Since the new tenant moved in, loud video-game noise has kept me awake after my afternoon shifts.” Careful editing of verb forms and articles would make your meaning easier to follow.
