Many times i saw trash bin besides my door which really annoyed me .Due to this attitude,I personally called them and told them about my concern but they did not stop doing such type of things.

Its great to live here with all facilities i really dont want to leave your appartment so please kindly you take some immenties regaring it .You can addressed some rules to your customers to take care of neighbourhood that will keep your appartment more disciplined and safe.

I Hope you will take my advice constructively and take some actions prompty.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The letter communicates dissatisfaction and asks the agency to take action, but it only partially addresses the specific task. The main problem described is children shouting and leaving rubbish, rather than a neighbour playing loud video games late at night. You say you moved in last September and that things were fine for a few months, which gives some indication of when the issue began, but the start of the noise problem is not stated clearly. The effects on your sleep and studying are relevant, and you mention having spoken to the neighbours. However, the request for action remains vague: “take some immenties” and “addressed some rules” do not specify what you want the agency to do. State the complaint accurately and request a clear intervention, such as contacting the tenant or enforcing quiet hours.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The ideas are arranged in a generally understandable order: you introduce your concern, describe the disturbance and its effects, explain that you spoke to the neighbours, and then ask the agency to act. This gives the letter an overall coherent structure. Some links between points are less clear, however. The sentence about rubbish beside your door introduces a separate complaint without explaining how it relates to the late-night noise, and the shift from the noise issue to general rules for all customers is abrupt. Paragraphing would also help distinguish the background, impact, and requested action. Use clearer transitions and keep the details focused on the main complaint so the reader can follow the progression more easily.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary to communicate the situation, including “shouting,” “distracted,” “sleeping hours,” and “concern.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or spellings make the message less clear or less appropriate for a formal complaint. For example, “behaviour and attitute of my neighbourhood” does not clearly identify the neighbours, while “take some immenties” is difficult to understand. There are also noticeable spelling errors such as “writting,” “appartment,” “disppointing,” and “responce.” Aim for precise, natural phrases such as “the noise from the neighbouring flat” and “I would appreciate it if you could contact the tenant.” Proofreading would improve clarity and formality.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The letter includes simple statements and some attempts to combine ideas, for example, “Their children keep shouting all the time specially at night which distrubed me…” However, sentence structures are often faulty, and errors can make parts of the message difficult to follow. Examples include “I have shifted in your appartment,” “I personally called them and told them about my concern but they did not stop,” and “You can addressed some rules.” Tense and verb forms need attention, as do articles and sentence boundaries. Several sentences run together without spaces or appropriate punctuation, such as “doing well.I am” and “advance.I will.” Practise accurate past and present forms, and divide longer ideas into clear sentences.
