Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three required points: you say the problem began after a new family moved in, explain that the games disturb your sleep before a morning shift, and ask the agency to speak to the neighbours or consider moving them. The specific hours, “12 am to around 2.30 am,” make the complaint clear. However, the start of the problem is not dated precisely, and the request to change the family is abrupt and not fully explained; asking first for a direct intervention or enforcement of quiet hours would make the requested action more measured. Some details, such as the general claim that everyone works hard, are less developed than your personal account. Overall, the purpose and main points are clear, though not all are equally well supported.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The letter follows a broadly sensible order: you introduce the complaint, describe the neighbours’ behaviour and its effect, then make a request and close politely. Time details and phrases such as “furthermore” and “moreover” help signal connections. However, most of the information is placed in one long paragraph, so the progression is difficult to follow. Several ideas are repeated, particularly that everyone needs quiet and is disturbed, while some links are unclear—for example, “i went to some silent place at home” does not clearly connect to the problem. Use separate paragraphs for the background, impact, and requested action, and choose fewer, more precise linking expressions.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the complaint, including “morning shift,” “mid night,” “disturb,” and “sleep properly.” The exact time range also helps make the situation specific. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “let nights voice problems,” “toomuch voice,” “noice,” and “addvaice” are difficult to interpret. Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “silent place at home” and “change this family.” Aim for standard collocations and accurate spelling, for example, “loud noise late at night” and “ask the neighbours to keep the volume down.” This would make your complaint clearer and more appropriately formal.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to connect ideas with longer sentences, including the explanation that the neighbours play games while others are sleeping, and you use some simple sentences to state your request. However, verb forms and sentence construction are often inaccurate, as in “there are lives boy group,” “students are played game,” and “i would suggesting you to can you change this family.” These errors make parts of the letter difficult to understand. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and punctuation, such as “i am living this billding last 2 years” and the comma in “but, there are not understand.” Practise forming clear past and present-tense sentences, and separate ideas with full stops.
