Student answer (Band 5.0)
In the recent year health problem has become a widely problem. While some peoples trying alternative medicines and treatment instead of visiting their usual doctor.
The essay has discuss this views and I believe that in case of problem it is good to visit a doctor.
I strongly agree with this view because sometimes we become ill we do not visit a doctor and we take medician by own if is very harmfull for our health because our problem is different and we use different types of another medicians, and different types of medicians do reaction in our body.
Taking different types of medicians has negative effect in our body,For example we use differnent formula like some time it happens that when it become headache we do not visit to doctor we use penadol for brain release, but sometimes it become bigger problem.
On the other hand sometimes when we felt and it make a wound and we do not visit to doctor, we did not use tetanus vaccine and the result is that wound that doesn’t heal and it's make cancer in our body.
Nowadays, a growing number of people with health problems are trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their usual doctor it is a negative development, In conclusion, although alternative medicines and treatments can offer some benefits, but incase of emergency otherwise I believe that people should not completely avoid their usual doctors. Conventional medical treatment is generally more reliable and should be preferred, particularly for serious health problems.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position that relying on alternative medicine is a negative development. However, the development of ideas is limited. The arguments provided, such as the mention of 'penadol' or 'tetanus vaccine', are somewhat simplistic and lack the depth required for a higher band. The essay struggles to fully explore the implications of the topic, often repeating the idea that 'we should visit a doctor' without providing a sophisticated analysis of why people choose alternatives or the specific risks involved. The conclusion is somewhat repetitive of the introduction.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow is frequently interrupted by awkward phrasing and poor sentence construction. While some cohesive devices are used, such as 'On the other hand' and 'In conclusion', they are often applied incorrectly or do not effectively link the ideas. The progression of arguments is disjointed, making it difficult for the reader to follow the writer's line of reasoning. Paragraphing is present but does not always serve to separate distinct ideas effectively, as the internal structure of the paragraphs is quite weak.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, often relying on basic terms like 'problem', 'different', and 'medician' (misspelled). There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'medician by own' instead of 'self-medicating' and 'do reaction in our body' instead of 'cause adverse reactions'. The range is insufficient to express complex ideas with precision. Spelling errors, such as 'medician' and 'harmfull', occur throughout the text, which occasionally impedes the reader's understanding of the intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are significant issues with subject-verb agreement, such as 'some peoples trying' and 'it make a wound'. Sentence structures are largely simple or contain errors when attempting complexity, such as 'although... but' constructions which are redundant. Punctuation is also problematic, with many run-on sentences and comma splices. The lack of control over basic grammar significantly limits the clarity of the arguments presented.
