Student answer (Band 5.0)

in this modern world, people demands medicines from local clinics instead of visiting the professional ones. the reason behind this, expensive medicies are not pocket friendly so they prefer to visit alternative doctor. this is negative development because health concerns are first for that compormises are not negaciable.

TO COMUTE WITH,tHE INDIVIDUAL WORK 24/7 for money and still cannot fullfil their daily requirments and with that, if one of there family member or themself are not well they take medicies from locol doctors because they know how expensive treatment can be so that, for example , one meet with an accident his concern will be the doctor who treat his illness with less expenses because they orofessional doctors requires the paper work and advance money for treatment which is like 1 lakh and half of the this amount.

to extent the reason, goverment establishes the programmes which requires the health of common people, their main motive is to help the individual in hard times like problems like cancer, heart attack and many more . For that , policies like LIC , BIMA insurance work for human welfare . for example they provide insurance of 1 lakh or qo lakh more then that which they pay monthly with their income but people still donot understand the significance of it until thry meet the incident still thry try to find a easy way and went ot doctors how have less education and knowledge about medicies and lost their and their loveones life.

To conclude , the reason why people does not appriciate the professional doctor because of their income and other one is their knowledge about the advancement in technology and about authority what they have given is not enough. i personally reckon that it have negative impact on human life and increase the risk to lost life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You give a clear overall view that relying on alternative providers is negative, and you offer relevant concerns about cost, inadequate medical knowledge and risks to patients. The examples of an accident and serious illnesses help connect the topic to real consequences. However, the response only partially develops the task: it does not clearly distinguish alternative medicines and treatments from care provided by less-qualified local doctors, and the discussion of insurance programmes is not fully explained or directly linked to the choice of treatment. Some claims, such as people losing their lives, need clearer support. To strengthen the response, explain the specific dangers of replacing a usual doctor with alternative treatment and develop each reason with a precise example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the reader can identify the main position. You also attempt to connect ideas with phrases such as “for example,” “To extent the reason” and “To conclude.” However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from work and income to accident treatment without clearly showing the links, while the insurance discussion introduces several ideas in one long sequence. Some linking phrases are inaccurate or repetitive, and references such as “this amount” and “they” are not always clear. Use one main point per paragraph, order its explanation and example logically, and make pronoun references explicit.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to healthcare and finance, including “professional doctor,” “treatment,” “insurance,” “significance” and “advancement in technology.” This gives the response some topic-specific language, but the range is limited and many word-choice, spelling and collocation errors make meaning harder to follow. Examples include “medicies,” “pocket friendly,” “lost their and their loveones life” and “easy way.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “the paper work and advance money” when describing professional care. Build a reliable set of healthcare collocations and check spelling and word forms; more precise phrases will help you express your concerns without relying on repeated general words such as “people” and “problems.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons and examples, so there is some effort to vary sentence structure. However, control is weak: errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence boundaries occur throughout and sometimes obscure the intended meaning. For example, “people demands” has incorrect subject–verb agreement, “the reason why people does not appriciate” has an incorrect verb form, and “it have negative impact” lacks agreement and an article. Several long sentences join multiple ideas without clear punctuation, particularly the sentence beginning “TO COMUTE WITH.” Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, checking agreement, articles and punctuation in each sentence.
