Student answer (Band 5.0)
The issue people using medicine without doctor's prescription has sparked considerable debate. There are both positive and negative development out there.
One of the major positive development is that people now a days aware of all medicine. They use medicine to reduce pain of their body. One of the relevent example that one guy had a severe headache he searched medicine for that and purchase that medicine from pharmacy, within some hours they feel very well.He never go to doctor and get prescription from that jusr search online, purchase specific medicine for headache.Another positive decelopment is you can get medicine and start some basic treatment at your own or at home. For instance you are at home you or someone in your home get severe injury you do not need to get doctors advice you just have to start treatment as soon as posible.
If their is positive development with that there is negative developemt also out their.Like, But if you are over dose than it might be injuries to your health and cause long term issue with your health. There are more negative side of this area.Mostly people try to eat different kind of medicine without any doctor's assistance.I have many example in mind but one of my friend eat wrong medicine and that medine damage their white blood cells because of that he admitted hospital for 3 days.
To sum up, there are positive development out their but with that there is negative as well.We can see that there are different kind of ai tools, or different kind of technologies available over the internet, using that we can get basic information related to the medicine or health issue buit we donot forget that this is just a tool or artificial inteligence not a humman there are high chances get wrong answer from their. We should use that technologies but moderately.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address the topic by presenting both benefits and risks, and your example of a friend being hospitalised after taking the wrong medicine is relevant. However, the task asks whether this is a positive or negative development, and your position remains unclear: the conclusion says there are positives and negatives and recommends using technology “moderately,” rather than judging the overall trend. Several points are also under-developed. For example, the headache anecdote describes buying medicine but does not explain why avoiding a doctor is beneficial or safe, while the injury example assumes treatment can begin without advice. State your overall view clearly and support it with more precise reasoning about the consequences of self-treatment.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate discussion of benefits and risks, and a concluding paragraph. This helps the reader identify the main sections. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven, and some links are repetitive or awkward. The transition “If their is positive development with that there is negative developemt also out their” signals contrast, but the following “Like, But” repeats it and makes the connection less clear. The examples are not always tied back to the main point, and the conclusion introduces AI tools and internet technology without a clear link to the earlier discussion of alternative medicines. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to your argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “prescription,” “severe injury,” “over dose,” and “white blood cells,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, sometimes making the meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “positive development” is repeated, “eat medicine” is not the natural expression, and “it might be injuries to your health” does not convey the intended risk clearly. There are also frequent spelling errors, such as “relevent,” “decelopment,” and “medine.” Build a more precise set of phrases for discussing self-medication, side effects, and professional medical advice, and check spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentences and use basic structures to explain causes and examples, but sentence patterns are limited and errors occur frequently. These include missing or incorrect articles and agreement, as in “There are both positive and negative development,” and faulty verb forms, as in “He never go to doctor.” Some sentences are difficult to parse because clauses are joined without clear punctuation, particularly the long headache example. There are also problems with conditional structures and sentence boundaries, such as “If their is positive development with that there is negative developemt also out their.” Practise accurate simple sentences first, then combine ideas using controlled clauses and consistent punctuation.
