Student answer (Band 5.0)
In contemporary times, number of health problems amoung people are at alrming level. People are opting for alternative medicines and some home remedies rather then visiting their regular doctor. According to me this practice has numerous detrimental effects on our health and we should always prefer to visit doctor.
Internet usages play vital roal for this type of trends. People who are facing health problems search their symptoms and try to find cure however they are unaware of fact that the solution which they get from internet are generilized and can be changed peson to person and it can lead to serious issues. We should always prefere to take advice from profissionals because they are trained for it and they have certain level of experience. So they understand our problems in a batter way and suggest medicines and treatments according to our situation.
Taking medicines without any prescription can lead to serious injuries. Same medicines works differently in diffrent situations or it produces diffrent results. For instance, recently scientiest publicied a study which shows the number of death happend because of this type of practice. Some people avoid visiting doctors in order to save money although it can be hazardous.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You take a clear position against replacing a regular doctor with alternative treatments, and your points about generalised online advice, professional expertise, and risks from taking medicines without a prescription are relevant. However, the response only partially develops the task: the discussion focuses mainly on internet searches and self-medication, rather than explaining alternative medicines more broadly or comparing their possible benefits and risks. The example of a study reporting deaths is too vague to provide convincing support, and the final sentence, “Although it can work some times, believe,” is incomplete, leaving your conclusion and overall position unfinished. The response also does not meet the required minimum length, which limits how fully you can explain and support your ideas. Develop each main point with a specific explanation or example and finish with a clear conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: the opening states your view, and the next paragraphs present reasons related to online advice and unsupervised medication. Linking expressions such as “For instance” and “Although” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the overall progression is incomplete because the response ends with a fragment rather than a concluding paragraph. Connections between points are sometimes abrupt—for example, the move from internet searches to professional advice, then to cost, is not fully explained. Some linking is also repetitive, particularly the repeated use of “because” and “So.” Use a clearer paragraph plan, with one developed reason per body paragraph, and make the relationship between each example and your argument explicit. A complete conclusion would give the response a more coherent overall shape.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “alternative medicines,” “prescription,” “professionals,” and “hazardous,” so the reader can generally understand your main concerns. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make parts less clear, such as “amoung,” “alrming,” “generilized,” and “scientiest publicied.” Some phrases are also imprecise or unnatural, including “number of death happend” and “same medicines works differently.” Aim to check spelling carefully and choose more precise collocations, such as “reported deaths” or “medicines can have different effects.” Vary repeated general terms like “problems” and “serious,” and use vocabulary that distinguishes alternative treatments from self-medication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “People who are facing health problems…” and a conditional idea in “it can lead to serious issues.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “the solution which they get from internet are” has problems with article use and subject–verb agreement, while “Same medicines works differently” has agreement and determiner errors. The final phrase, “Although it can work some times, believe,” is not a complete sentence. Practise checking each sentence for a clear subject and verb, correct agreement, and complete clauses. More accurate control of basic sentence patterns will help your longer sentences communicate your ideas reliably.
