It is obvious from the factual statement that a vast group of people had engeged in taking medical treatments by themselves without the doctor consultation as well. While this emergence of intake of pills could brought up to many other health issues among their bodies.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your overall view is that self-treatment and alternative medicines are negative, and you give relevant reasons, including the risk of infections, allergies and other disorders. The examples about taking medicines without a doctor’s prescription help connect your argument to the topic. However, the response addresses the question only partially: it focuses mainly on the dangers of unsupervised medication and says little about alternative treatments themselves or why people choose them instead of visiting a doctor. Some claims, such as “Countless people have died,” are not explained or supported. State your position clearly in the introduction and develop two specific reasons with clearer explanations or examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposting such as “To begin with,” “Additionally” and “To recapitulate” shows an attempt to organise the argument. However, there is no consistent progression within several paragraphs: ideas about diet, prescribed medicines, infections and allergies are placed together without clear links. Connectors such as “Nonetheless,” “Thus” and “Hence” sometimes suggest relationships that are not fully explained, while repeated references to risks make the argument feel repetitive. Some references, including “these sort of habitual things” and “these,” are unclear. Give each paragraph one main point, explain it in sequence, and use linking phrases only where the relationship between ideas is clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “prescription,” “medications,” “infections,” “allergies” and “disorders,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited by repeated references to “diseases,” “treatments” and “risk,” and many word choices or collocations are inaccurate or difficult to understand. Examples include “intake of pills,” “hidden diseases side by side,” “not recommendable ones” and “infectional symptoms.” Spelling errors such as “engeged,” “ingred iants” (written as “ingred iants” in the response), “exccess” and “habbitual” also reduce clarity. Prefer precise, natural phrases such as “take medication,” “under medical supervision” and “adverse effects,” and check spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both longer sentences and simpler statements, but complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors make parts of the argument difficult to follow. For example, “While this emergence of intake of pills could brought up” is an incomplete clause with an incorrect verb form; “the people who have concern about health they should” has faulty clause structure; and “those people who have allotted specific medications” uses an unclear passive construction. Agreement and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “the prescribed prescriptions plays” and “As this can lung, heart or stomach infections.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check tense, agreement, articles and punctuation before adding more complex clauses.
