Student answer (Band 6.0)
The advent of artifical intelligence has mend our approach to solve our daily routine tasks and same applies to the medical treatments. People nowadays are using internet and artifical intelligence chatbots as their health care advisors, instead of visiting their regular doctor for checkup. I believe that the treatment of diseases and change in medicines by the help of onine resources can have negative impact on people's health and safety.
Due to high inflation rates and busy life schedule, people tend to find medical remidies online. An individual can type his current health condition on the chatbot to analyze its causes and in return receives suggestions regarding its treatment. Moreover, there are also options to elborate the problem through audio command and images. For instance, a picture of wound can be sent to chatbot in order to determine its severity and for prescription of an ointment. As a result people can save both their time and money.
In contrast, the internet websites and medical bots are designed by humans, and by utilizing the knowledge of a medical experts. Some of the critical medical treatments like surgeries require a proper operation theater and surgen. In addition to this, many serious diseases cannot be cured without intervention of doctors and treating such diseases can result in harmful consequences. The cure of heart attack is an epitome of major physical treatments.
In conclusion, online material and AI chatbots can be employed as a first-aid medical advisors in case of emergency. Several medical issues requires complete medical examination and prescription from doctor. However, the alteration of medicines and self-curing disease with the help of infromation provided by artifical intelligence and websites can cost the life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear: you regard relying on online resources and AI instead of doctors as negative, while acknowledging that they may help with basic or emergency advice. You address the prompt with relevant reasons, including cost and convenience on one side and the risks of serious conditions on the other. The wound example helps illustrate how people might use a chatbot, and the heart-attack reference supports your concern about medical intervention. This meets the task well, but some ideas are less fully developed: for example, you do not explain how inaccurate advice could delay diagnosis or worsen a condition. The discussion also shifts from alternative medicines to AI and internet advice, so make that connection explicit and extend your supporting examples to cover alternative treatments directly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction states your view, the next paragraph explains why people seek online advice, a contrast paragraph presents risks, and the conclusion restates your position. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “In contrast,” and “In conclusion” help signal these stages. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, with several paragraphs relying on explicit transitions rather than showing how one point leads to the next. Some references are also unclear: “the cure of heart attack” follows a general point about serious diseases without explaining the connection, and “this” in the conclusion could refer to more than one idea. Improve progression by grouping related claims and using clearer references, while making the relationship between convenience, self-treatment, and health risks explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of topic vocabulary, including “medical treatments,” “health condition,” “prescription,” “surgeries,” and “medical examination.” These choices make the subject clear, and phrases such as “high inflation rates” and “harmful consequences” show an attempt to use more precise language. However, noticeable spelling errors and inaccurate word choices reduce control: “artifical,” “remidies,” “elborate,” and “infromation” recur or distract, while “medical bots” and “first-aid medical advisors” are not natural descriptions in this context. Some collocations are also awkward, such as “cure of heart attack” and “change in medicines.” Proofread spelling and learn common medical collocations; more precise wording would make your argument clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including a conditional-style explanation of how a person can enter symptoms and receive suggestions, and a contrast introduced by “In contrast.” Most sentences communicate the intended meaning, but some grammatical errors remain. For example, “the treatment … and change in medicines … can have negative impact” has problems with number and the article before “negative impact”; “a medical experts” combines an article with a plural noun; and “Several medical issues requires” has subject–verb disagreement. There are also awkward sentence patterns, such as “by utilizing the knowledge of a medical experts.” Review articles, singular and plural agreement, and verb agreement, then check each sentence for a clear grammatical subject and verb.
