Student answer (Band 5.0)
The growing influence of healthcare problems has sparked various debates. It has significant impact on both individuals and communities. In contemporary era,a number of citizens suffer from various diseases instead of visiting doctors they trying different medicines and treatments.I partically agree with the given statement. In this essay i will discuss both good and bad development and lead to logical conclusion.
In order to state the points in favour of the first statement, the primary reason is that in cooperate sector due to heavy workload or hetic schedule maximum citizens prefer to take unprescribe medicine to relif from pain at that movement of time.Secondly, financial unstability is also another reason.Low income family member was unwilling to spend huge amount due to financial condition.A recent survey conducted in india and reveal that majority of citizens suffereing from health problems but unable to get proper treatment because of unavailability of highly qualified doctors in rural areas along with fthat finance is also another reason.
On the other hand, there was some positive development firstly, with the help of AI tools individual can easily identify which medicine is useful for which problem.Secondly individuals from disadvantage section of society can safe finance from hospital budget.thirdly, with the help of technology in fiction of time individual can get full reports on mobile, laptops and tablets rather than visiting doctor clinic.
In conclusion although, there was some both positive and negative development however it depends upon individual how they can work upon it according to their conveinces.Government should take some majors steps provide helps to low income family members like provide firstaid, open government hospitals and emergency kits.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address the topic by discussing reasons people avoid doctors and possible benefits of alternative approaches, and you include a relevant example about limited access to qualified doctors in rural India. However, the task asks you to decide whether this is a positive or negative development, while your position—“I partically agree”—is unclear and the essay later presents both sides without stating which outweighs the other. Several points, such as using AI to identify medicines and saving hospital costs, are asserted rather than explained, and the response shifts between self-medication and alternative treatments without distinguishing them. State a clear overall judgement and develop fewer points with specific explanations or examples to make your response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. You also use signposts such as “On the other hand” and “In conclusion.” However, the progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from work pressure to finances and then rural healthcare access, while the second lists AI, savings and technology without showing how these ideas connect to the question. Some linking phrases are awkward or inaccurate, and the conclusion introduces government measures rather than clearly resolving the argument. Organise each paragraph around one main idea, explain it in sequence, and use transitions that show the precise relationship between points.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “financial instability,” “qualified doctors,” “disadvantaged section of society” and “reports,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and many spelling, word-form and collocation errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “unprescribe medicine,” “hetic schedule,” “relif” and “safe finance.” Some expressions are also imprecise: “healthcare problems” does not clearly express the intended idea, and “in fiction of time” is unclear. Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than more complicated wording. Proofread spelling and choose precise terms for the treatment being discussed, such as self-medication, alternative therapies or medical advice.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer structures, including “although … however” in the conclusion and a sentence explaining that families cannot afford treatment. Nevertheless, sentence forms are limited and complex attempts are often faulty, so the reader must sometimes work to understand the meaning. For example, “a number of citizens suffer from various diseases instead of visiting doctors they trying…” joins ideas without a complete grammatical structure, and “Low income family member was unwilling…” has problems with number and verb form. Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly after full stops and at the start of sentences. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “because,” “although” and “while.”
