Student answer (Band 5.0)
The rapidly changing world, Some people are becoming smarter in new generation and they are search everything on online therefor, they get best solution without going any place. In contrast some sophesticated people are always visited hospital for better treatment and medicine. There are many cons and pron of this view which i share in given paragraphs.
From my perspective, somehow it become good option for small disease beacuse all people are know that until and unless the cold fever medicine not search well and doctor are sell medicine as a label of cold fever. However through the main point, the health problems like headache or cold fever can be recover health problem from trying home made medicines or well common medicine shows on online.
Therefor, it become affordable for everone and get soon well. The some doctors are always give high quntity of medicines which all medicines have side effects.
So, People have normal disease they can use alternative medicine or home made medicine for recovery.
On the other hand, Some disease are unknow or danger for us so must be visit doctor clinic or hospital beacuse nowadays, unknown fever are come and there is not medicine for recovery. Some disease are need only treatment such as cancer, pilies etc. This disease need better treatment so must be visit and consulted by good doctor.
In concusion, The disease are common or small so people are used home made medicines because doctor always give more medicine unless we not need it and all medicine have side effects whereas, if disease are unknown or dangerous so must be need to visit hospital for better medicine and treatment.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a recognisable response to the question and present a qualified view: home remedies may suit minor illnesses, while serious or unfamiliar conditions require a doctor. The examples of “headache or cold fever” and “cancer” help show the distinction, and your conclusion repeats this position. However, the stance is not fully clear at the start, where you describe “many cons and pron” without saying whether the overall development is positive or negative. Several claims also need explanation or support, such as doctors giving excessive medicine and online remedies being a “best solution.” To strengthen the response, state your overall judgement directly in the introduction and explain the risks of self-treatment alongside the possible benefits for minor symptoms.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, a discussion of possible benefits, a contrasting paragraph about serious illnesses, and a conclusion. The contrast signalled by “On the other hand” helps readers follow the shift in focus, and the conclusion returns to the main distinction. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the opening moves from online searches to hospital visits without showing how these ideas connect, and the benefit paragraph repeats the point about minor illnesses rather than developing it. Linking expressions such as “Therefor” and “So” are used mechanically, and some references, including “This disease,” are unclear when several illnesses have been mentioned. Organise each paragraph around one main claim, then explain and illustrate it with a clear example.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use a small set of relevant health-related terms, including “treatment,” “medicine,” “side effects,” “hospital,” and “recovery,” so the general topic is understandable. However, vocabulary is basic and repetitive, and frequent spelling and word-choice problems make some phrases difficult to interpret. Examples include “sophesticated people,” “quntity of medicines,” “unknown fever,” and “medicine for recovery.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “recover health problem” and “medicine shows on online.” Aim to learn accurate collocations for discussing symptoms, treatment, and medical advice, and check spelling carefully. More precise wording would help you explain your position without relying repeatedly on “disease,” “medicine,” and “good.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including a contrast introduced by “On the other hand” and a conditional idea in “if disease are unknown or dangerous.” However, control of sentence structure is limited, and errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation. For example, “they are search everything” and “doctors are always give” use incorrect verb patterns, while “Some disease are” has a number-agreement error. Several sentences join ideas without clear grammatical boundaries, and capitalisation after commas is inconsistent. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “if,” “because,” and “while.” Check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
