Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the recent time the number of health issues are increasing between the all age group to deal with those issues they trying there own method rather than visitng doctor or going for any medicine or allophathy medicine. In my opinion, rather than trying own method you should visit the doctor. If the problem is not big you can try your methods to treate with those health promblems.
On the one hand, Many indiviudual believe before trying your own method you should contact with doctor. They will precribed you some test to do to check your health own that basis they advice you proper medicine and also with diet chart and change you have to due in yourf daily routine. For example, when my hair start falling io visit to the doctor she wrote me some test and after when the report out i find out there is some vitamins definciences are there also i got to now i m having PCOD and second main reason diabetes. So she suggest me to connect with endocrine doctor ayurvedic and now my range of morning sugar decreases.
On the other hand, other people believe there is no need to visit the doctor for treatments by home remedies you can cure any health issue. They also include some tips like morning walk, clean food, more physical work. By these things you can any health issue but what if they are dealing with kidney failue, heart problems and major cancer for these you should need proper medicine care and need.
In conculsion, I strongly believe for every small issue you don't have to visit doctor or need medicine care but before starting your own treatment you need proper health check up so that if there is any serious problem you can cure with in time.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you favour consulting a doctor before relying on self-treatment, while allowing that minor problems may not require a visit. You address both sides and give a relevant personal example involving tests, vitamin deficiencies and other diagnoses, which helps explain why professional assessment matters. However, some points are less fully developed. The benefits of home remedies are listed as “morning walk, clean food, more physical work” without explaining when these are appropriate or how they compare with medical care. The conclusion also introduces the idea of checking for serious problems but could state more directly why this makes the overall development positive or negative. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation and link it consistently to your judgement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs signalled by “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. This makes the main line of argument understandable. Some connections, however, are mechanical or unclear. The first body paragraph moves from doctors’ tests and advice to a personal account, but the relationship between the diagnoses and the claim about alternative treatment is not fully explained. In the second paragraph, “By these things you can any health issue” leaves the intended connection difficult to follow. Use clearer topic sentences and make each example explicitly support its paragraph’s point. Also check references such as “they” and “those things” so readers can readily identify what they refer to.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “home remedies,” “health check up,” “vitamins deficiencies,” “kidney failure,” and “heart problems,” and the reader can generally identify your intended meaning. However, the range and control are limited, with repeated general terms such as “health issue,” “doctor,” and “medicine,” alongside noticeable spelling and word-choice errors. Examples include “allophathy,” “definciences,” and “conculsion”; these reduce the accuracy and polish of the response. Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “contact with doctor” and “medicine care.” Build a more precise set of expressions for medical assessment and treatment, and proofread spelling and collocations. This would make your argument clearer without changing its basic ideas.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including conditional structures such as “If the problem is not big…” and a contrast between minor issues and serious conditions. The meaning is usually recoverable, but errors in sentence formation and control are frequent enough to make some passages difficult to read. For example, “the number of health issues are increasing” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “before trying your own method you should contact with doctor” needs more accurate article use and sentence construction. Verb forms and tense also shift in the personal example, as in “when my hair start falling io visit.” Several long sentences need clearer punctuation or should be divided. Practise accurate clauses, agreement, articles and consistent past-tense narration.
