Student answer (Band 5.0)
In recently, A growing group of people with health issue are trying similar medicines and treatment rather then of visiting their usual doctor. I believe that expert advice is more important than own openion.
One the one hand, many people are argued that some basic illness like coughf, fever and pain could be easy to cure for some dosage. Not only these it will also cure for basic treatment but also not mandatory to need a doctor suggestion. Moreover, people take care themself but it could be risky some time, Although some side effect are occur human body which are not detected particularly while patient consume tablet without experts suggestion.
Moreover, society believe that, some doctors are not keenly diagnost but they provide medicine on basis of trial and error. Which is dagerous for patient. For example, once upon a time i saw a patient had been died for wrong diagnosis by doctor and they constatnt take a wrong medicine and loss their life.
However people are aware of these non digestive improper things, so that they try to move different doctor and take advice for their dieseas and how to cure about it. Some time usual doctor also dont diagnost some proper treatment which make them inconvience and they suffer a lot.
To conclude, group of individuals are move to different doctor because of they need more clarification about their diesease. they are super active about their health and routine. I argued that consult a more doctor which is good for patient because some time doctor also not diagnost some things and they not treat properly.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a position that expert advice matters and conclude that consulting more than one doctor can benefit patients. You also include relevant points about self-medication risks and possible misdiagnosis. However, the response only partially answers the central comparison: it shifts between alternative treatments, treating oneself, and seeking a different doctor, without clearly explaining whether using alternative medicine instead of a usual doctor is positive or negative. The example of a patient dying after a wrong diagnosis is relevant to concerns about doctors, but it is not developed or connected clearly to alternative treatments. State your view directly and support it with a focused explanation and example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has paragraphs and uses signposts such as “On the one hand,” “Moreover,” “However,” and “To conclude,” so the reader can recognise an attempt to organise the discussion. However, the progression is difficult to follow: the opening introduces alternative medicines, while later paragraphs move among self-treatment, doctors’ diagnostic ability, and consulting different doctors. Some links are unclear, particularly “However people are aware of these…” and the conclusion, which repeats the idea of seeing more doctors without resolving the original question. Build each paragraph around one clear point, use transitions that show the actual relationship between ideas, and make the conclusion restate a consistent position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to health and treatment, including “side effect,” “wrong diagnosis,” “patient,” and “treatment.” This gives the response a basic range for the topic. However, frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices sometimes make the meaning difficult to understand, as in “dieseas,” “diagnost,” “dagerous,” and “non digestive improper things.” Several phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “similar medicines” and “some dosage.” Choose familiar, accurate expressions rather than attempting unclear wording: for example, “alternative medicines,” “a dose of medicine,” and “medical advice.” Proofreading spelling and checking collocations would make your ideas easier to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the contrast in “Although some side effect are occur…” and the example beginning “For example, once upon a time…”. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries can make the reader work to understand your meaning. For instance, “people are argued” and “some side effect are occur” have incorrect verb patterns, while “a patient had been died” uses an incorrect passive form. Some sentences are fragments, such as “Which is dagerous for patient.” Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check tense and agreement before adding clauses.
