Student answer (Band 5.0)
There is no denying that health issues is increased across the globe. There are the people who use alternatives medicines instead of vsiting their usual doctor.in this esay i am going to explain both negative and positive development of health issues.
Firstly, the one thing that come to my mind is that health is everything. However, mostly people do not visits the usual doctor for their treatment. This can cause multiple problems.I think this is a negative development because use of alternative medicines is not the solution of the problem. For instance, people can suffer from cough they use medicines with thier own . This can be very dangerous for thier health.
Secondly, their are people who argue that alternative medicines and treatment can cure the disease itself. This is harmful for both people and society. I strongly agree with the people visits thier usual doctor for the treatment . For example, if a patient has daibetes and its level of sugar is increase at the moment do not take some random medicines to him because this can cause health issue for patient. Furthermore, you can take a pateint to their relevent doctor to ave his life.
In colculusion, the health issues is increase day by day. From my perspective, government should take the step to anagage and encourages people to deal with an emergency situation. With the development in technology there's a lot of treatment available on the internet but if you are able to understand that things you should avoi. Furthermore, visiting to thier usual doctors can help you to pick the problem at initial stage.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You take a generally negative view of relying on alternative treatments instead of seeing a usual doctor, and the examples about coughs and diabetes are relevant to the question. However, the response only partially develops the task: the opening promises to discuss both positive and negative aspects, but the body mainly argues that alternatives are harmful and does not explain a clear benefit. Your position is also weakened by the sentence that says alternative treatments “can cure the disease itself,” which appears to report another view without explaining whether you accept it. To strengthen the response, state your position clearly in the introduction and develop two focused reasons with specific explanation and examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “Firstly,” “Secondly” and “In conclusion” help identify the stages of the argument. However, progression within the paragraphs is limited: ideas are often placed next to one another without showing how they connect, and the second paragraph shifts from reporting what others argue to your own view without a clear transition. The conclusion introduces government action and internet treatment, which have not been developed earlier. Some references, such as “this” and “that things,” are also unclear. Build each paragraph around one main point, explain it in sequence, and make the conclusion summarise rather than introduce new ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “alternative medicines,” “treatment,” “diabetes,” “patient” and “emergency situation,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning difficult to interpret. For example, “health issues is increased” and “pick the problem at initial stage” do not express the intended ideas naturally; “random medicines” is also imprecise in this context. Spelling errors such as “daibetes,” “pateint” and “colculusion” further reduce clarity. Learn and use accurate phrases such as “health problems are becoming more common,” “self-medicate,” and “identify a condition at an early stage,” checking spelling before submission.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a conditional example beginning “if a patient has diabetes,” and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in basic sentence patterns, agreement, verb forms, articles and punctuation. Examples include “health issues is increased,” “the one thing that come,” “people do not visits,” and “their are people.” Several sentences also run together, as in “This can cause multiple problems.I think…,” while the final conditional sentence is incomplete or unclear. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and verb forms, then use full stops to separate complete ideas. Aim to make simple sentences reliable before adding more complex clauses.
