Student answer (Band 6.0)
Defination of healthy human being is not only being fit in physical aspect it means by person is physically , mentally ,emotionally , economically, is in their optimum stat . Some any alteration in those factors leads illness , for that different professionals are there . But in today's are decreased work life balance ,sadentary life style , educational pressure , decreased food quality and so many factors which alters health of people. Nowdays People are more fond to try different routes for there illness before reaching out to actual doctors. IN further paragraphs will focus on positive and negative aspects of it and ill conclude my desicion with logical reasoning.
Firstly will look after positive deveolopments , such as people are more aware then before , availability of alternate sources. i will elobrate it citizens are more aware of their disease and there well being they are now more into fitness example one person had back pack since 1 year despite of visitng orthopedic he visited to physiotherapist and he cured himself . Availability of alternative sources such as ayurvedic trends are going on which is unharmful , less expensive source.
secondly will focus on its negative developments , such asrisk of more injury , sometimes it leads to death, improper diagnosis , i will explain it, increased risk of injury for example in india there is particular trend of term called as hardved they are not certifided doctors but when some dislocations are there poeple are fond of treated by him rather then actal orthopedics and end up with nerve injury ,
After analysis both the developments very carefully i conclude that it is more of negative development then positive .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the question and give a clear overall judgement: alternative treatment is “more of negative development then positive.” You also consider both sides, with examples involving physiotherapy and an unqualified practitioner in India. These are relevant and help show why people may choose alternatives and how this can be risky. However, the positive case is less fully explained: the claim that Ayurveda is “unharmful” and less expensive is asserted rather than supported, and the physiotherapy example does not clearly explain whether it is an alternative to a usual doctor or a complementary treatment. Develop each point by explaining its consequences and make the distinction between safe complementary care and replacing medical diagnosis clearer. This would make the response more fully supported and balanced in its reasoning while retaining your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for positive and negative aspects, and a concluding position. Sequencing phrases such as “Firstly,” “secondly,” and “After analysis” help readers follow the overall progression. This clear organisation is a strength. To make the progression more natural and cohesive, avoid announcing each paragraph’s plan (“will look after positive developments” and “will focus on its negative developments”) and instead begin with a direct topic sentence. Some links between ideas are abrupt, particularly the move from the physiotherapy example to the claim about Ayurveda. The final paragraph also repeats the conclusion without summarising the main reason. Use clearer references and connect examples explicitly to the point they illustrate; this would make cohesion less mechanical and more consistently smooth.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “work life balance,” “sedentary lifestyle,” “alternative sources,” “improper diagnosis,” and “nerve injury.” These choices show an effort to discuss health and treatment beyond basic terms. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to identify, as in “Defination,” “sadentary,” “hardved,” and “back pack.” Some phrases are also imprecise or unnatural, such as “unharmful” and “fond to try different routes.” Choose established expressions and check spelling carefully. For example, describe people as “turning to alternative treatments,” and use “potentially harmful” rather than “unharmful” when discussing safety. More precise vocabulary would help you express your ideas clearly and reliably.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a sentence beginning “But in today’s…” and a longer explanation of the risks of unqualified treatment. However, grammatical control is uneven, and errors sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to follow. Examples include “Defination of healthy human being is,” “Some any alteration… leads illness,” and “in further paragraphs will focus,” where articles, sentence structure, and verb patterns are not controlled. There are also incomplete or poorly connected clauses, such as the final example ending with “nerve injury,” without a complete sentence structure. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check articles, agreement, and verb forms. Breaking long explanations into two accurate sentences would improve clarity while preserving variety.
