Student answer (Band 4.5)
From my perpective nowdays people have problam about health he will eat any pain medicine. He didn't go the doctor for further checkupnis this bad habits. When your didn't health more problams then he will go to doctor then checkup.
If you have normal health and headche problams then your simple use any pain killer medicine. If you have any serious health issue. So you want to go a doctor and further treatment. If have normal issue then use any medicine about your health i think its good. If have any serious issue then you didn't go the doctor and using medicine yourself so i think its negative development.
In this year my wife have a health issue. So he always online products use for face. So i m telling don't to much online cream because its not register and not original. He didn't understand my words. After some its face start blackdark then we go to a doctor he which cream you have used. So my wife show him cream. Doctor say these all cream is fake, When thses cream then its local products use then its have work only selling. Then after i have reached home so all online cream after some these these colour changed because its local products use and makes. I tell my wife if you use any cream check brand name then you will order and also check review. If review is goods then you order otherwise don't order because its problams he makes new products and just promotion start selling.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a recognisable opinion: using self-selected remedies may be acceptable for minor problems, but avoiding a doctor for serious conditions is negative. The example about your wife’s facial cream also supports your concern about unverified products. However, the response addresses the question only partially because it shifts between painkillers, medical treatment and cosmetic creams without clearly explaining how these examples relate to alternative medicines and treatments. The position is also difficult to follow: “If have normal issue then use any medicine… i think its good” contrasts with the later negative view, but the distinction is not fully explained. Develop one clear argument about risks and benefits, and explain why professional advice matters, using a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some organisation into paragraphs: the opening introduces the issue, the next paragraph contrasts minor and serious health problems, and the final paragraph gives a personal example. This gives the reader a basic route through your response. However, progression is difficult to follow because ideas repeat and connections are often unclear. For example, “If you have any serious health issue. So you want to go a doctor” is separated into fragments, while “After some its face start blackdark then we go to a doctor” compresses several events without clear sequencing. Linking words such as “so” and “then” are repeated, and references such as “he” for your wife make it unclear who is being discussed. Use complete paragraphs with one main point each and clearer transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use a small set of relevant words, including “health issue,” “pain killer,” “doctor,” “treatment” and “fake,” so the general topic is usually identifiable. The personal example also shows an attempt to describe a specific concern about products. However, vocabulary is limited and repetitive, and frequent spelling and word-choice errors sometimes make meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “perpective,” “problam,” “headche,” “blackdark” and “goods.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “its local products use and makes” and “its not register.” Build a more accurate range for discussing medical choices and product safety, and check spelling and collocations. For instance, distinguish “alternative treatment” from “over-the-counter medicine” and describe products as “unregulated” or “counterfeit” where appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt to express conditions and reasons, for example, “If you have any serious health issue” and “because its not register,” and you use some longer sentences to tell the story of your wife’s experience. However, the range is limited, and attempts to connect clauses are often faulty. Frequent problems with verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence boundaries make parts difficult to follow: “my wife have a health issue,” “he always online products use,” and “When your didn't health more problams then he will go to doctor then checkup.” Several sentences are fragments, including “If you have any serious health issue.” Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and use consistent pronouns and tenses when recounting past events.
