Student answer (Band 6.5)
It is most obvious for some people to change their mind as well as their habits when they are getting older. The reason for this approach might be because of their experience and new information. I believe this is a part of human nature to reflect according to their situation and as they getting older they become more mature.
There is no doubt that change is the part of nature. Every person on earth has been transformed within their age because they are likely to adapt new habits, which helps to keep them more engaged according to their experiences. For example, a person, has a lack of discipline in their life and they spend their early age with struggle and fear of failure in their personal or professional growth. Furthermore, they feel stuck in their lives and try to seek assistance from outside sources , like counselling session. As a result, with proper guidance and support they find themselves more discipline and this would help to improve better in their life. I personally believe that change is the law of nature.
Moreover, life is a full of experiences and every person try to adopt their behaviour by changing their opinions based on new information and evidence. In human history, the technology has changed gradually and it impacts human behaviour. During past decades, people were not fully dependent on computers because they believed that these innovations could not replace human completely. However, now with modern technologies, like artificial intelligence is getting involved in every department. Researches have shown that these changes could lead people into the future where human can fully replaced by Robots. I agree with this statement that within time and situation people change their beliefs.
In conclusion, change is the part of life and every person has been adopting new habits and change their beliefs according to their age and experiences. I completely agree with this change and it has developed human nature more advanced and improved than previous generations.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
You have clearly addressed the prompt by taking a position and supporting it with relevant arguments. You discuss how experience and new information drive changes in habits and opinions, providing examples such as personal growth through counseling and the impact of technological advancements. While your ideas are relevant, some points could be developed further; for instance, the example regarding robots is a bit tangential to the core topic of personal habit and opinion change. However, your position remains clear throughout the essay, and you have successfully fulfilled all requirements of the task.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a central theme. You use cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'Furthermore', and 'In conclusion' to link your ideas. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are occasional issues with referencing and flow, such as the transition between the personal example of counseling and the broader statement about the law of nature. The progression of ideas is generally easy to follow, but more sophisticated linking words would improve the overall cohesion and help the essay flow more naturally.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task. You use some topic-specific terms like 'professional growth', 'counseling session', and 'technological advancements'. However, there are instances of slightly unnatural word choices, such as 'it is most obvious for some people' or 'every person on earth has been transformed within their age'. To reach a higher band, focus on more precise collocations and idiomatic expressions. While your vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly, it lacks the flexibility and precision required for a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'as they getting older' (should be 'as they get older'), 'is the part of nature' (should be 'is part of nature'), and 'human can fully replaced' (should be 'humans can be fully replaced'). These errors are noticeable but do not generally impede communication. To improve, pay closer attention to subject-verb agreement, article usage, and passive voice construction. Increasing the variety of error-free complex sentences will help you achieve a higher band score.
