Student answer (Band 5.5)
As the person get older, lifelong experience and thinking ability, change his routine activity and perspective. There is no doubt that well-educated adult can take wise decision in comparison of teenager which makes me to support this statement.
Firstly, senior group has a vast knowledge which they utilis to take decisons. They can predict the outcome of any situation with their previous experience because maybe not same but something similar situation they might have already faced in past and if you asked, somewhere in past they did mistakes, on that basis of those unsuccesful attempt in the future they change their opinion. For example, in all the senior positions of company or government sectors their would be older person.
Secondly, Young adult or teenagers might have addiction of alchohol or smocking but the percentage of old people are lower. The reason is level of maturity. Teenagers do not have enough capability to think in every aspect but once they get older their mind devlops and time makes them capable to compare what is good and what is bad which enourage them to change their habits. Additionally, Education also plays important role in changing opinion.
A primary student's opinion is not as good as college student's. However, once he passed college then his thinking ability totally changed because now he has given time obtained the education which will influence in his decision making skill.
In conclusion, many factors play crucial role in adapting another habits or changing opinion which were different in the past and all those factors takes time to devloped thinking ability which influence person's attitude, Which gives strong reason to support this statement.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing how people change habits and opinions as they get older, taking a clear position in support of this statement. Ideas are relevant, exploring experience, decision-making, and maturity. However, the development of ideas tends to be limited and slightly repetitive. For instance, the transition from discussing senior knowledge to young adults and addiction lacks smooth integration, and some arguments are under-developed, such as the brief mention of education at the end of the third paragraph. While all parts of the task are addressed, the depth of extension places this securely at Band 6.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is generally coherent with an overall arrangement that makes sense, using paragraphing to separate main ideas (e.g., 'Firstly', 'Secondly', 'In conclusion'). However, cohesion is frequently faulty and mechanical. Referencing and logical links are sometimes unclear or disjointed, as seen in the sentence 'For example, in all the senior positions of company or government sectors their would be older person.' Furthermore, sentence-to-sentence transitions feel abrupt, and pronouns are occasionally misused, causing minor disruptions to the flow of reading.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The student displays an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common phrases such as 'lifelong experience', 'perspective', and 'decision-making skill'. However, there are numerous word choice, collocation, and spelling errors throughout the text, such as 'utilis' for utilise, 'decisons', 'unsuccesful', 'alchohol', 'smocking', 'devlops', 'enourage', and 'another habits'. These errors highlight a Band 5 level, where lexical limitations and noticeable spelling mistakes occasionally cause difficulty for the reader.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, but grammatical control is weak. There are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'As the person get older', 'their would be older person', 'all those factors takes time'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many complex structures are faulty, which hinders clarity. While communication is not entirely impeded, the high frequency of grammatical inaccuracies across the text prevents the response from reaching a Band 6.
