It is easily noted that the alterations in personnel's routine and the viewpoint occur as they pass the certain age. I completely agree with this statement. I believe, peoples' priority and the thought process changes as they get older which may differ from the way they observe the surroundings. This essay will explain these further in following paragraphs.
To begin with, Individuals may have habits at younger age which changes due to life experiences, changes in lifestyle and health issues. To illustrate, young people make connections through internet such as they use online platforms and spend their time on social media to connect. However, this changes after certain age when they prefer to socialize, they meet people in-person, exchange thoughts and life experiences rather than using screens.
Moreover, people at youge age are likely to be attracted towards unhealthy fast-food in restaurants which shifts to nutrients-rich, home-made food later in their life. This is because as they get older they prioritize health over the trends. People focus more on living healthier life-style by chossing to do more excercise, eating healthy food and avoid mental stress, which lacks in teenagers.
Furthermore, individuals' opinion varies due to life-experiences. In other words, people learn about moral standerds and ethical values as they pass the different stages of their lives. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by clearly stating a position and supporting it with relevant examples regarding how habits and opinions change over time. The writer presents a clear stance in the introduction and maintains it throughout the essay. Ideas are extended with examples such as shifts in social media usage, dietary preferences from fast food to home-cooked meals, and the evolution of moral standards and critical thinking. While the arguments are well-developed, some points could benefit from a bit more nuance to reach a higher band. Nevertheless, the response fully satisfies the requirements of Task Achievement at a Band 7.0 level.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0
The essay displays a clear logical organisation and progression throughout. Each paragraph has a distinct central topic, starting with social habits, moving to dietary choices, and finally discussing shifts in opinions. Cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'Moreover', and 'Furthermore' are used to connect ideas effectively, although some phrasing like 'This essay will explain these further in following paragraphs' feels a bit formulaic. Paragraphing is used sufficiently and appropriately. Overall, the structural flow is clear and easy to follow, aligning well with the Band 7 descriptors.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The student uses a sufficient range of vocabulary with some flexibility and precision, such as 'viewpoint', 'prioritize', 'healthier life-style', and 'ethical values'. There are attempts to use less common items, though some minor word choice and collocation errors occur, such as 'personnel's routine' instead of 'people's routines', 'youge' instead of 'young', and 'knowlege' (spelling error). Words like 'chossing' and 'standerds' also indicate occasional slips. However, the vocabulary is adequate for the task and communication is never impeded, making Band 6.0 an appropriate score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The writer demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including relative clauses and conditional-style constructions like 'as they get older'. There are several grammatical errors and awkward phrasings present, such as 'pass the certain age', 'peoples' priority', and 'habits and viewpoints... has been changed'. Punctuation is generally acceptable, and while errors occur across the text, they rarely impede communication. The control of grammar aligns with the criteria for Band 6.0, featuring a reasonable mix of structures despite frequent minor inaccuracies.
