Student answer (Band 5.5)
In recent time may people believe that when people gets older they are more likely to change their way ofboth the thinking and lifestyles and habits. A large section of society agree with it however, i partialy agree with it and i will expain reasons in upcoming pargraphs.
To begin with, why its happen when a person pass a certain time of their age then he have lots experince weather is good or bad and he handle situation with responsibilty. For instance in younger age many people like spend their time on joyful activites rather than focous on carrer .
Another biggest raeons is that fitness. To explain this it's a human body nature when you are young you have more engery as comprae to a older people therefore people are take part in those kind of jobs which require lots of stregth and physical ability.
On the other side i believe that for some people age does not matter at all we have lots of example in the socitey we can see that in this contampary era olest generation aslo taking their health and fitness more serious by doing many kind of fitness realted activites. Futhermore, all around the world older people also taking part in various kind of games and won them for example, in India there is some special game zones which are specially desgin for older people so they can take part in it.
To conculde, both the arguments have very stong and vaild reasons therefore i believe that the way of thinking the way of living both change after a certain period of age.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the question and give a position: you “partialy agree,” then conclude that both thinking and lifestyle change with age. Relevant reasons include gaining experience and changes in physical energy, and you also acknowledge that some older people remain active. However, the position is not fully consistent: the paragraph beginning “On the other side” suggests age does not matter for some people, while the conclusion returns to a broad claim that both aspects change. The examples, such as older people joining games in India, are relevant but need clearer explanation of how they support your view. Develop each reason with a specific example and make your degree of agreement clear throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure, with an introduction, supporting paragraphs, a contrasting point and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “Another,” and “On the other side” help signal the direction of the argument. However, some links are mechanical or do not express the relationship precisely, and the progression between ideas is sometimes unclear. For example, the discussion of fitness and physical strength does not clearly connect to the question of changing opinions, while the final paragraph combines both sides without resolving the contrast. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, and connect examples explicitly to the claim they illustrate. Clearer referencing would also help readers follow who “they” refers to.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “experience,” “responsibility,” “physical ability,” and “fitness-related activities.” These choices show an attempt to discuss both lifestyle and age rather than relying entirely on basic terms. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to read, such as “contampary era,” “olest generation,” and “joyful activities.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “a certain time of their age” and “take their health and fitness more serious.” Build a more accurate set of topic-specific expressions and check spelling carefully. More precise wording for changes in habits and opinions would make your argument clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “when a person…” and a contrast introduced by “On the other side.” This gives the response some structural variety. However, errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction occur across the response and sometimes make meaning harder to follow. For example, “when people gets older” has an agreement error, while “he have lots experince” and “people are take part” show problems with verb forms. Several sentences also run ideas together without clear punctuation. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and use full stops to separate complete ideas. Then add complex clauses only when you can control their grammar.
