It is widely visible that as people become older that change their daily routine alongwith their prospectives. I agree with writer's this statment which is explained in details with appropriate examples in upcoming paragraphs.
First and foremost reason behind this is people learn and grow as they work, study and meet with various personality persons than they try to implement those good characteristics in their daily lifestyle and follow that trend and change their opinions based on past experiences. For examples, many individual not having good attitude and behaviour in their young age after that they work, study and see people than they realize what is ideal and what is not as a consequese, they modify in their opinions and habits.
Moreover, Changing habits in such a way performing daily physical exercises and waking up in early morning help people to maintain physical fit and gives longer lives. Additionally, as growing people become more mature so they have appropriate mindsets to give someones opinions. For instances, based on reasearch of renowned news paper The times of New york stated that more and more people as they turn in their 50's they are more mature than before and they more care about their body and make change in their daily lifestyles and thoughts.
In conclusion, after some ages people change their routines due to improve better quality of life and fitness level that help to stay healthy and longer. As well as, they have changed views cause of seeing other people and having past knowledge and real life experiences.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the opening: “I agree” that people change their habits and opinions as they age, and the conclusion returns to both parts of the question. You give relevant reasons, including learning from work and relationships, and becoming more attentive to health. The examples about changing behaviour and people in their 50s help illustrate your view. This covers the task well, but some ideas are more fully addressed than others: the health paragraph explains changes in habits, while the link between age and changing opinions is less clearly developed. The newspaper reference is also broad rather than a specific example. Explain one personal or concrete case in more detail to make the support more convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs with separate supporting points, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “First and foremost,” “Moreover,” and “In conclusion” make the progression easy to follow. However, some linking is mechanical, and the relationship between ideas within sentences is occasionally unclear. For example, the first body paragraph moves from learning through work and study to adopting others’ characteristics, then to changing opinions, without clearly separating these steps. “Additionally” introduces maturity, but the example that follows does not clearly show how maturity changes opinions. Use fewer formulaic transitions and make each paragraph’s main point and supporting example connect more explicitly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “daily routine,” “past experiences,” “physical exercises,” and “mature,” and the reader can generally understand your intended meaning. However, the range and control are limited by repeated or inaccurate word choices and collocations. Phrases such as “various personality persons,” “maintain physical fit,” and “give someones opinions” are difficult to interpret naturally; “prospectives” also does not express the intended idea clearly. Spelling and word-form errors, including “statment,” “consequese,” and “reasearch,” further reduce precision. Build a reliable set of topic vocabulary and check that each word fits its grammatical and contextual role. More accurate phrasing would make your ideas easier to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including sentences with reasons and examples, so there is some variety. However, complex sentences are often not controlled successfully, and errors occur across the response. For example, “as people become older that change” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “they more care about their body” has an incorrect verb pattern. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and sentence construction, as in “gives longer lives” and “people learn and grow as they work, study and meet … than they try.” These errors sometimes make relationships between ideas difficult to understand. Practise building accurate clauses first, then combine them with clear connectors; check subject–verb agreement and verb patterns during revision.
