Change is constant in everyone's life, our experiences and developments shape us into different versions of human beings. As we age, people modify their usual traits and ways of thinking to integrate successfully in this fast-paced modern life. This can result from many impactful factors such as responsibilities and maturity level, new experiences and exposure to this rapidly changing world.

To commence with, the primary influencing factor is the increased responsibility as we age. In young age, people have a different perspective of life as they prioritize socializing, adventures and a relentless attitude towards life . For example, youth nowadays, prefer packaged and junk food rather than spending time to cook. Later on, we mature and understand importance of a healthier lifestyle. This habitual shift leads us to a balanced diet filled with nutritions and all the good vitamins required for healthy functioning of body.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0

Your position is clear: you agree that people’s habits and opinions change with age, and the response stays focused on reasons for this change. The discussion of growing responsibility is supported with the contrast between young people choosing convenience food and adults adopting healthier diets. You also extend the argument by considering education, media and living abroad as influences on attitudes. These examples make the response relevant and generally well supported. However, the link between increased education and becoming “broad minded, humble and successful intellectuals” is asserted rather than explained, and the point about racism could be developed with a more specific illustration. More precise explanation of how these influences change people would strengthen the response further.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0

The essay has a clear overall progression: an introduction presents the main factors, two body paragraphs develop them, and the conclusion restates the central view. Signposting such as “To commence with,” “Furthermore” and “In conclusion” helps readers follow the argument, while examples are placed alongside the relevant claims. The organisation is generally logical, though some transitions feel formulaic, and the second body paragraph brings together education, media, AI and migration without clearly separating their roles. The reference to “this” in “this constantly changing world” is broad, and the final sentence introduces a positive mindset without fully connecting it to the earlier examples. Grouping related points and using clearer links between claims would make cohesion more flexible.

Lexical Resource: Band 6.0

You use an adequate range of vocabulary and attempt some less common expressions, including “impactful factors,” “relentless attitude,” “accommodating” and “coexist.” This allows you to discuss lifestyle and social attitudes with some variety. However, several choices are imprecise or unnatural: “integrate successfully in this fast-paced modern life,” “thinking approach,” and “a substantial population” do not express the intended ideas smoothly. Spelling errors such as “comunication,” “emrging,” “awarness” and “accomodating” also reduce accuracy. Some phrases, including “healthy functioning of body,” need more natural collocations. Focus on accurate spelling and conventional word partnerships, and choose vocabulary that expresses each point precisely rather than reaching for elevated wording.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0

The response includes a mix of simple and complex structures, such as the opening sentence with a coordinated clause and the conditional contrast beginning “when people settle abroad.” Most ideas remain understandable, but some grammatical errors occur. The opening comma splice should be separated or joined with a suitable conjunction. In “people modify … to integrate,” the subject and intended meaning are unclear, while “In young age” and “understand importance” need more accurate article and preposition patterns. There are also agreement problems in “surroundings … has” and “a substantial population … are,” and the sentence beginning “Through different communication outlets” lacks a clear main clause. Review sentence boundaries, subject–verb agreement and article use to improve control while retaining your varied sentence forms.
