Student answer (Band 6.0)
As people progress through various stages of their lives, they often change their perspectives and habits. I strongly agree with this viewpoint because changing one's responsibilities and pace directly influences their behaviors and beliefs.
One major reason for this is that the economical state of the world demands that the individuals keeps a high tempo. While some people are born on a silverplate and don't need to work to provide, the rest of the world is required to hustle to stay alive. That alone makes people jump from job to job in order to maintain a steady paycheck.
This can largely be attributed to capitalism, as it really affected the ability of people's to cope and that changes a person. It makes some people have different perspesctives on one thing and the beliefs are affected by the value of that thing.
This is particularly significant because people's ability to socialize is based on the situation they often find themselves in. That said, someone's behavior can be indeed influenced by the entourage. For instance, a person that used to work in constructions and transferred to a managing position will ultimately change his manners to better fit his new position.
Consequently, on the long term, changing through jobs or positions directly alters the person's habits as they get older.
Another important consideration is that people's habits also change through the course of their lives because of their mental health.
Subsequently, a sudden shift of behavior could be caused by someone's mental issue such as depression or anxiety. As these people struggle with internal problems, their abilty to adapt to their surroundings becomes less effective, therefore, their old behaviors change to better fit their abilties. This, in turn, impacts their relationships with people and ultimately their perspectives of the things around them.
For these reasons, I maintain that people's habits and opinions get altered as they get older.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction—“I strongly agree”—and the conclusion returns to the same view. You give relevant reasons, including changing work responsibilities and mental health, and the construction worker’s move into management is a useful example of how behaviour may adapt to a new role. However, the first reason focuses heavily on economic pressure and job changes, so its connection to changing opinions is not always explained; the claim about capitalism and people’s beliefs remains unclear. The mental-health point is relevant but would benefit from a specific example and a clearer explanation of how it changes both habits and opinions. Develop these links more fully and support each main idea consistently.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two main sections, and a concluding statement. The ideas generally progress from work-related change to mental health, and signposts such as “One major reason” and “Another important consideration” help readers follow the argument. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, with several transitions—“That said,” “Consequently,” and “Subsequently”—rather than clearer links showing how one point leads to the next. Some references are also difficult to follow: “that alone” and “that thing” do not identify their meaning precisely. The first body section contains several related claims that could be grouped and ordered more clearly. Use explicit topic sentences and clearer references to strengthen the progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of vocabulary for the topic, including “responsibilities,” “perspectives,” “capitalism,” “adapt,” and “internal problems.” These choices allow you to discuss social and personal influences on change. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “economical state,” “high tempo,” “born on a silverplate,” and “the entourage.” There are also spelling errors in “perspesctives,” “abilty,” and “abilties,” which reduce the accuracy of the vocabulary. Some expressions, including “the value of that thing,” are vague and limit precision. Aim for more natural collocations and check spelling carefully; this will make your ideas clearer without requiring more complicated vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including subordinate clauses beginning “because” and “as,” and the meaning is generally clear. Some sentences are controlled well, such as “As these people struggle with internal problems, their ability to adapt to their surroundings becomes less effective.” However, there are some errors in agreement and sentence construction: “the individuals keeps” should use a plural verb, and “the ability of people’s to cope” has an incorrect possessive structure. The sentence beginning “This can largely be attributed to capitalism” also becomes difficult to follow as it continues. Review subject–verb agreement and possessive forms, and divide or reshape sentences when several ideas are joined. More consistently accurate complex sentences would improve control.
