Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is very common for people to change both their habits and their opinions as they get older. I personally agree with this statement.
Firstly,we discussed regarding to person habits. We see that by increased the age many biological and physical changes are appear in human body. When individual is young age, they sleep that late night and spread more time with friends and eat more fast food compare to homefood. But when individual age is increase body need to proper sleep and proper food to work properly. Therefore see that many of people add exercise in their Daily routine. We also see that many people take proper diet in their late of age.Futurmore in later age individual has some responsibilities. Some time responsibility also hand to change the people habits. So i personally believe that people had change their habits in later of the age.
Secondly,We talk regarding people opinions. People when their is in young age their have a less of knowledge and experience so that their opinion is different, but when they spread their life and get older they have lots of and experience. As a result their opinion may be change in their later of the age. Some time we see that families responsibility is also changed the individual opinions.
In conclusion,I strongly agree that changing habit and opinions is natural byproduct of aging.Shifs in physical health and social roles drive behaviour changes, while the practical wisdom gained from navigating life experience reshapes deep seated perspective. Ultimately, this flexibility is an essential component of personal growth and lifelong adaptation.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the opening—“I personally agree”—and the response addresses both habits and opinions, with relevant reasons such as physical changes, responsibilities, and increased experience. The examples about sleep, diet, and exercise help explain how habits may change. However, the discussion of opinions is less developed: you state that greater knowledge and family responsibilities can alter views, but do not give a specific example or explain how this happens. The conclusion reinforces your position, though its ideas about “personal growth” are not fully developed in the body. The response is also 10 words below the 250-word minimum; the 18 words copied from the task prompt are not counted. Develop the second main point and add a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs on habits and opinions, and a conclusion. “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “In conclusion” make the progression easy to follow, and the main ideas are generally grouped appropriately. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, with repeated openings such as “We see that” and “Some time,” and several links between ideas are unclear. For example, “Therefore see that many of people add exercise” does not clearly connect the preceding point about sleep and food to exercise. The opinions paragraph also moves quickly from age and experience to family responsibilities without explaining the relationship. Use clearer referencing and vary linking methods, while adding explanation within each paragraph.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “responsibilities,” “physical changes,” “practical wisdom,” and “personal growth.” The final paragraph shows an attempt to express more abstract ideas, which adds some range. However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or awkward, sometimes making meaning less clear: “spread more time with friends,” “proper diet,” and “deep seated perspective” do not sound natural in these contexts. There are also spelling and word-form problems, such as “Futurmore” and “Shifs.” These issues limit the precision of the response despite its relevant vocabulary. Build accuracy by learning common word partnerships and checking spelling and word forms; prefer clear, natural expressions over ambitious phrases you cannot yet control.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including cause-and-effect structures such as “As a result” and a concluding sentence with a subordinate clause. The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but errors in sentence formation and verb forms are persistent. For example, “by increased the age many biological and physical changes are appear” has an incorrect verb pattern, while “when individual age is increase” and “their opinion may be change” show problems with tense and verb form. Articles, agreement, and punctuation also need attention, as in “when individual is young age” and the missing spaces after commas. These errors sometimes make the reader work to understand the point. Practise accurate basic clauses first, then build complex sentences with correct subject–verb agreement and verb forms.
