Student answer (Band 5.5)
I have noticed that when i was a child i was very intrested in watching cartoons and exploring new things and some time spending hours playing with toys and games .When i grown up simultaneously and systematically i reduced my intrest ,in my 20s i use to focus in studies and started enjoying with new companions but one thing to be serious is that our priorities changes as we tend to loose or intrest in old habits ,our main objectie becomes carrier pathway to be financially independent. we explore new things gain experience from previous mistakes and give sufficient time for earings and taking care of family. As we reach to the inclined age of our life our opinions changes based on the factor of realising our errors and recalculate mistakes and make the upcoming generation to be aware of .
To some level of life we analyse the beautiful moments of our journey and dedicated to or priorities ,but to some level our habits may or not may change which depends up on ,i believe bad habits should me change as we grow older rather than good bad habits.
As we grow older make sure that we have to become role model to our progeny by implementing the habits for helping poor and needy people, becoming spiritual and spending more time with our family members and supporting them when ever they need me.
well i end up by saying that good habits continue to grow as we grow old but bad habits should be eliminated as soon as possible.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a broadly relevant position: habits and priorities change with age, while good habits may continue and bad ones should be left behind. The childhood-to-adulthood examples, such as moving from cartoons and toys to study, work and family responsibilities, help address the topic. However, the response does not consistently answer whether people commonly change both their habits and their opinions. Most examples concern habits and priorities; the point about opinions is brief and unclear, and the conclusion shifts towards what people should do rather than clearly restating your view about what commonly happens. Develop the opinions aspect with a specific example and explain how it supports your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some overall organisation: you move from childhood to adulthood, then discuss later life and finish with a concluding statement. This gives the reader a basic sense of progression. However, ideas are often crowded into long sentences, and the paragraphing does not clearly separate the stages of your argument. Connections such as “simultaneously and systematically” and “To some level of life” do not clearly show how one point relates to the next. The repeated use of “as we grow older” also makes the progression feel repetitive. Use distinct paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons and conclusion, and connect each example explicitly to the claim it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “priorities,” “financially independent,” “experience,” and “role model.” These choices show an attempt to discuss changing responsibilities and values. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to understand, such as “inclined age,” “carrier pathway,” and “recalculate mistakes.” Spelling errors, including “intrest,” “loose,” and “objectie,” are also noticeable. Aim for accurate, natural phrases rather than more complicated wording: for example, “as we get older,” “career path,” and “learn from past mistakes.” Proofreading spelling and checking collocations would make your meaning clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to combine ideas in longer sentences and use time clauses, for example, “As we reach…” and “as we grow older.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in tense, agreement, articles and sentence boundaries make the response difficult to follow. Examples include “when i was a child i was,” “When i grown up,” and “our priorities changes.” Several sentences run together without clear punctuation, particularly the opening sentence and the section beginning “In my 20s.” Practise building shorter, complete sentences first, then add subordinate clauses with accurate verb forms and punctuation. For instance, separate the childhood example from the explanation of how your priorities changed.
