Student answer (Band 4.5)
Most of the individuals believe that human have a tendency to shift their habits and their points when they are getting older. I strongly agree with those people who have the same thought.
Firstly, the person who is living with the joint family they have a some restrictions after one point. For example, they can not go outside alone, and they have to rely on a family member to go outside or to bring something for their daily activities. Additionally, it is very difficult for them to give advice to the family members.
Secondly, in the indian culture most of the young generation have the different prospectives for their parents. The children are behaving that they are the one who knows everything and no one knows better then them. Becasue of this reason, most of the parents feel to be quite and don't give their opinion to their childs.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
Your position is clear: you strongly agree that people change as they age. However, the response only partially addresses the question because the examples focus mainly on family restrictions and younger people’s attitudes towards parents, rather than explaining how people themselves change their habits and opinions over time. The point about older family members being unable to go out alone is relevant, but its connection to changing habits is not explained. The second point is also difficult to interpret and does not clearly show how opinions change. To strengthen the response, explain specific changes—for example, how responsibilities may lead someone to adopt new routines or how experience can alter a belief—and support each with a clear example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is an identifiable introduction, body discussion and conclusion, and signposts such as “Firstly” and “Secondly” show an attempt to organise the response. However, progression is difficult to follow because the second body paragraph is repeated verbatim, and the conclusion appears three times. These repetitions interrupt the argument rather than developing it. The relationship between the family restrictions in the first paragraph and the claim about changing habits is also not made clear. Use one paragraph for each distinct reason, develop each in a logical sequence, and include a single concise conclusion. More precise links between claims and examples would help the reader follow your reasoning.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “habits,” “opinions,” “restrictions,” and “daily activities,” so the main subject is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited, and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make parts of the argument unclear. For example, “points” does not clearly mean opinions, “prospectives” is not the intended word, and “feel to be quite” obscures the meaning. There are also spelling errors such as “Becasue” and “fo.” Aim for accurate, natural phrases and check spelling carefully. Building a small set of expressions for describing changes in routines, beliefs and attitudes would help you express your ideas more precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple statements and longer sentences, including “Because of this reason, most of the parents feel to be quite and don't give their opinion to their childs.” However, the range is limited, and frequent errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles and verb forms sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “Most of the individuals believe that human have” has a number-agreement problem, while “the person who is living with the joint family they have” combines structures awkwardly. “People changing their opinions and habits is” also lacks a clear grammatical construction. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and use shorter, complete sentences before adding subordinate clauses.
