Student answer (Band 6.0)
Everyone enjoys their every phase of life and due to life lessons or experiences they change their behaviour or opinions accordingly. Here i completely agree with this viewpoint because gaining life experiences helps individuals helps healthier habits and opinions based on new knowledge and circumstances.
To begin with, The first and foremost reason of changing the habits and opinons when they get old is that their experiences and priorities evolve over time. As in the young age they mainly focus on entertainment , social activities and personal enjoyment. However, as they become older , they give imprtance to their health , career and family. For example, a young adult might regularly consume fast food and stay up late, whereas the same person may adopt healthy balanced diet and mainatain a regular sleep schedule later in life. As a result, maturity and increasing responsibilites can encourage people to develop healthier lifestyles.
Furthermore, there is another significant reason is that folks opinions are strongly influenced by experiences and different situations. As they get new challenges and intract with the people from different backgrounds can cahnge their nautre because they learn much about other's culture. For instance, someone who believed that living abroad is unnecessary can cahnge their mind after living or travelling to abroad . consequently, they get to know about different cultures and lifestyles and become more open minded. Also understand different perspectives.
In conclusion, I srongly agree that individual's habits and opinions change as they grow older. This is mainly enhance their responsibitlites and cahnge life styles.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the introduction—“I completely agree”—and remains consistent in the conclusion. You address both habits and opinions, giving relevant explanations about changing priorities with age and learning from new experiences. The examples of adopting healthier routines and reconsidering living abroad help illustrate these points. This meets the task well, but the two ideas are not developed equally: the habits paragraph explains the change in priorities and its result, while the opinions paragraph moves quickly from meeting people to becoming open-minded. The opening claim that everyone enjoys every phase of life is also not clearly connected to your argument. To strengthen the response, explain more precisely how age or experience leads to each change and develop the second example further.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs organised around separate reasons, and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “To begin with,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” make the progression easy to follow. The examples are generally placed where they support the relevant point. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “there is another significant reason is that” disrupts the transition into the second argument, and “Also understand different perspectives” is a fragment that does not connect smoothly to the preceding sentence. The conclusion repeats the main position but does not clearly summarise the two reasons. Use more natural transitions and ensure each sentence links grammatically and logically to the next.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “priorities,” “responsibilities,” “challenges,” “perspectives,” and “open-minded,” and you attempt to express distinctions between younger and older people. This gives you enough range to communicate the main ideas. However, noticeable spelling and word-choice errors reduce precision, including “opinons,” “imprtance,” “mainatain,” and “cahnge.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “adopt healthy balanced diet” and “travelling to abroad.” Repetition of “change” and “people” limits flexibility, while “nature” does not clearly express the intended idea in context. Check spelling carefully, learn common word partnerships, and choose precise expressions rather than relying on repeated general vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast with “whereas” and clauses beginning with “because” and “as.” These structures help you explain causes and give examples. However, some errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation remain. For example, “gaining life experiences helps individuals helps” repeats the verb, while “there is another significant reason is that” combines two sentence patterns incorrectly. “Also understand different perspectives” is incomplete, and the opening sentence has an unclear structure. There are also inconsistent capitalisation and comma spacing. Aim to build accurate sentences before adding complexity: check that each sentence has a complete main clause, and review articles and subject–verb agreement.
