Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You state a position—“I believe that they change”—and begin to give a relevant reason, linking changing habits to technology. The example of children moving from outdoor sports to computer, mobile and console games is on topic. However, the response addresses the question only minimally: it does not explain how opinions change with age, and the promised second reason about lifestyle is not developed. The opening also mentions people who “never change” without explaining that view or clearly responding to it. Most importantly, the response is 117 words, below the required 250, so there is not enough development or relevant support. To improve, explain both habits and opinions, give specific examples, and develop each reason fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is a basic attempt to organise the response: an introductory paragraph gives your position, followed by a paragraph introducing a reason and an example. The progression from technology to changing leisure habits is understandable. However, the response ends before the argument is completed, so there is no developed sequence of points or conclusion. Some linking is awkward or unclear, as in “Commenting the most prominent reason, why folks are reshape…” and “Even though some people think that they never change.” The relationship between the opening claim about lifestyle and the example is also not fully explained. Use clear topic sentences, connect each example explicitly to your claim, and add paragraphs covering opinions and a conclusion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “daily routine,” “technology,” “outdoor games,” and “gaming console,” and you use some variation rather than repeating one basic term throughout. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or misspelled choices make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “contemplate” does not fit the intended meaning of opinions, while “masses” and “prevelant folks” are unnatural ways to refer to people. Spelling errors such as “contempory,” “arrgued,” and “belive” are noticeable. Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling; precise everyday vocabulary is more effective than using uncommon words incorrectly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and a more complex concession structure, as in “Even though some people think that they never change…”. This shows an effort to vary sentence forms, but control is inconsistent, and errors frequently make the sentences hard to understand. In “In a past, children are mostly playing,” the article and tense do not fit the intended past-time meaning. “When they are enter in a young age” has an incorrect verb construction, and “they fit their body” does not form a clear grammatical clause. The sentence beginning “Commenting the most prominent reason” is also incomplete or incorrectly constructed. Practise complete clauses, consistent past-tense narration, and accurate verb patterns before attempting longer sentences.
