Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

Your position is clear from the introduction: “I strongly agree,” and the response gives relevant reasons about food choices, exercise and financial risk. These examples address both habits and opinions, and the financial paragraph adds a distinct point. This meets the task well overall. However, the discussion focuses mainly on differences between young and older people rather than explaining how an individual’s habits and opinions change as they age. The food and exercise examples are also more fully illustrated than the financial point, which is asserted rather than supported with a specific example. To strengthen the response, explain the process of change over time and develop each reason with a clearer example or consequence.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “Furthermore” and “On the other hand” help signal the main stages of the argument, and the examples generally follow the points they illustrate. However, some links feel mechanical or unclear: “Therefore, this comment will be discussed” does not add a clear transition, and “From above all the arguments” is awkward as a conclusion opener. Several ideas are joined in long sentences, while full stops and spaces are sometimes missing, making the progression harder to follow. Use clearer topic sentences and vary linking devices, ensuring each sentence has a distinct, logically connected purpose.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “financial decision,” “stability,” “trend” and “physical efforts,” and the reader can generally understand the intended ideas. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, such as “their habits and advice gets change,” “healthier choice,” and “take risk on financial prespactive.” Repetition of “older people,” “youngsters” and “different” also limits flexibility. Spelling errors—including “stabilty,” “diffrent” and “benifits”—are noticeable and sometimes make reading less smooth. Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing changing behaviour and viewpoints, and check spelling and word forms carefully before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including contrasts with “while” and “On the other hand,” and most of the argument remains understandable. However, control is inconsistent, particularly in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence boundaries. For example, “Their habits and advice gets change” has problems with agreement and verb construction, while “youngsters are tend to follow” uses an incorrect structure. In “there are many cause,” the noun should be plural, and several sentences run together without appropriate spacing or punctuation. Practise forming accurate subject–verb patterns and use complex clauses only when you can control their structure. Proofreading for full stops and sentence boundaries would also improve clarity.
