Dear Harvi,

Hope you are in high spirit. I am waiting since one month to meet with you.

First of all , thank you for inviting me at your home for spending weekend together but unfortunately i am unable to come this time.

I told you on call about my new job training that would be falls on upcoming weekend. Actually, yesterday my manager told me about all the plan otherwise I was thinking about to meet you.You also know that it is mandatory for me because it helps me to achieve my future goals.

I could suggest you another weekend and I'll available on that day and we'll do some activities which we missed out since long days. I also like to eat our favorite food which is cooked by you. If we will have enough time then we can go outside for shopping.

I hope you understand me and can not wait to meet you.
