Dear Mr Smith,
I'm writing letter regarding to inform you that the noise problem coming from neighbourhood flat from which my family member are suffering.
As I am living in mumbai flats that you build recently, the view of sea from flat is amazing. Recently new camers are installed build which is better for security purpose.
I have problem from my neighbour as they play loud music at night time, from which we have difficulty to sleep as well as we have 1 year baby so he can't sleep at night. Many time I talk with them, but they do not understand our problem.
I have request to address this matter carefully. I suggest to give illegal notice to them or give warning. Also you can give another flats to us where niegbhours are friendly or living with family. I hope you solve our problem frequently.
