Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this to inform you about a serious environmental issue in our city.

I enjoy walking in the countrside near my home every morning. I especially chosen this neighbourhood for my daily morning walk, because of the clean and peaceful environment there. Most importantly, the natural trails, parks and also the water creeks have always been clean and beautiful ever since I moved here.

However, from few months ago, I noticed that the garbage collection is not managed well in countryside and every morning there is more and more litter left there by other walkers, which is not acceptable.

Since your local newspaper is a highly important and responsible party in our society, I kindly request you to inquire this matter and inform this environmental damage to our community, government bodies and the responsible volunteer organizations through your newspaper.
