Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response introduces the writer's background, education, current occupation, and future ambitions. However, it lacks a specific prompt or context typically associated with an IELTS task, appearing more like a personal biography or informal introduction rather than a structured letter or essay required in General Training Task 1. Despite this, the content is relevant to personal introduction and life events. The writer shares details such as "I got Silver Medal in 2024" and working as a "Consultant Physiotherapist at Madinah Teaching Hospital," along with future goals like pursuing a PhD in the UK. Because the text presents a coherent series of personal details and aspirations, it partially fulfills general communicative purposes, but the lack of a clear task prompt limits full task achievement.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The text lacks formal paragraphing, appearing as a single block of consecutive sentences. Ideas flow chronologically from past education to current employment and future plans, providing a basic narrative thread. However, cohesive devices are extremely limited and repetitive. Sentences frequently start with subject pronouns or direct declarations such as "I am," "I did," and "I want," creating a choppy and mechanical rhythm. Transitional phrases to connect background information with future objectives are missing. While referencing is generally clear because the writer is consistently talking about herself, the absence of paragraphing and the lack of sophisticated cohesive ties prevent the text from achieving a higher band score.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The vocabulary used is adequate for basic personal description but tends to be simple and repetitive. The writer successfully employs some field-specific terminology such as "Doctor of Physical Therapy," "Epidemiology and Public Health," and "Consultant Physiotherapist." However, there are noticeable lexical errors, such as "poaition holder" (spelling and phrasing) and "planing" (spelling of planning), as well as unnatural phrasing like "I have too many dreams" and "Alhumdulillah I am blessed with the best Husband in the World." While religious and cultural expressions are natural to the writer, they introduce a colloquial tone inappropriate for formal IELTS writing. The range of vocabulary is sufficient to communicate personal information, but errors and limitations in precision keep it at a modest level.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The text displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, consisting almost entirely of simple sentences with basic subject-verb-object patterns (e.g., "I did my Degree," "I am working," "I want to start"). There are few complex structures attempted. Grammatical accuracy is mixed: while simple past and present tenses are generally handled correctly, there are punctuation errors, missing articles, and capitalization issues, such as "M.phil" instead of "M.Phil," "University of Faisalabad," and missing hyphens or lower-casing in "free of cost Treatment." Furthermore, future intent is expressed simplistically with "I wish that I will fulfil" rather than more advanced conditional or subjunctive structures. The high frequency of simple sentences and structural limitations restrict the score to this band.
