Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address the main situation by explaining that you walk near your home for fitness and describing families leaving rubbish behind. The concern about children becoming ill is relevant, and asking the newspaper to raise the issue gives the letter a basic purpose. However, the task’s points are only partly developed: the countryside location is not made more specific, the litter itself is described vaguely as “garbage,” and the proposed action is limited to asking people to clean up. Explain what kinds of rubbish you see and offer practical measures, such as bins, signs, or a public clean-up campaign. The opening also does not follow the requested “Dear Sir or Madam,” and the letter needs a clearer, more complete closing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response follows a broadly understandable sequence: it introduces your walking routine, describes other visitors, and then raises the litter problem. Some linking words, including “because” and “After that,” help show relationships between ideas. However, the writing is presented as one continuous block, so the reader has to work to distinguish the reason for writing, the description, and the request. Several ideas are repeated or loosely connected, particularly the statements that families do not use bins and do not clean the places where they sit. Use separate paragraphs for the purpose, observations, and suggestions, and connect each point clearly. Avoid abrupt shifts such as “What i want to do in my daily routine,” which interrupts the progression.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough basic vocabulary to communicate the general topic, including “countryside,” “fitness,” “garbage,” and “disease.” These words make your main concern understandable. However, the range is limited and some expressions are inaccurate or unnatural, which makes parts of the letter difficult to interpret. For example, “good air” and “clean there places” do not express the intended ideas naturally, while “more and more active in my day” is unclear. There is also repetition of “family,” “place,” and “didnot.” Build a more precise set of words for litter and solutions, such as “plastic bottles,” “food wrappers,” “litter bins,” and “dispose of rubbish properly,” and check spelling and word forms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to express reasons and consequences using clauses such as “because there are too much good air” and “because there may be some disease,” so the response is not limited entirely to isolated simple statements. However, the range of sentence structures remains narrow, and errors are frequent enough to make some sentences hard to follow. Examples include “I was enjoy walking,” “I am walking everyday,” and “they didnot throw,” where verb forms and tense are not controlled. Agreement and sentence construction also cause problems in “there are too much good air” and “I want more and more active.” Practise forming clear present-tense statements about regular habits and past-tense observations, and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
