Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the three main points: you explain that you walk daily in the park near your home, describe the effect of litter on the park, and suggest bins, a caretaker and a notice board. These are relevant ideas, and the reader can understand your concern. However, the description of the litter itself is vague: you refer to “garbage” but do not give examples of what you have seen. The reasons you enjoy walking are also only partly developed, although you mention the trees, flowers and people using the park. To make the letter more complete, specify the kinds of rubbish and explain more clearly what makes the walks enjoyable. A more suitable opening and a clear closing would also strengthen the letter format.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response follows a broadly understandable order: it introduces the park, explains the problem and then offers solutions. This gives the reader a basic sense of progression. However, nearly all the information is placed in one long paragraph, and several ideas run together, as in “there so many beautiful trees and flowers park is looking very beautiful, but this garbage…” The repeated use of “so” and “and” does not clearly show how points relate, while references such as “there” are sometimes unclear. Separate the letter into short paragraphs for the enjoyment and location, the litter, and proposed actions. Use a few precise links such as “In addition” or “As a result,” and punctuate sentence boundaries so the progression is easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use basic vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “park,” “walking,” “dustbins,” “air quality,” and “notice board,” so the main concern is generally identifiable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or forms make the message difficult to interpret. For example, “garbage reunion the air quality” appears to mean that litter harms air quality, and “peoples are stying” is not an accurate expression. Repeating “garbage,” “people” and “park” also limits variety. Choose more precise terms for the rubbish you observe, such as “plastic bottles” or “food wrappers,” and use natural collocations such as “install litter bins” and “keep the park clean.” Check spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts to connect several ideas in longer sentences, but sentence structures are often faulty, and errors frequently make the relationships between ideas hard to follow. For instance, “i am going for walking daily in park which near my home” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “many peoples who are stying around me they all are go” combines clauses without correct agreement or verb forms. Articles, plurals, punctuation and capitalisation are also inconsistent. Try building accurate simple sentences first: “I walk in the park near my home every day.” Then add a controlled complex sentence, such as “Although the park is beautiful, litter is spoiling it.” Use full stops to separate complete ideas and check subject–verb agreement and tense.
