Dear Sir, I am writing it to bring your attention on a comcerning issue. I believe your newspaper is one of the best way to highlight this issue. Our countryside is gradually converting into a garbage place. It was the best place to enjoy in morning and evening. Everyone like old people also love to walk there. But many prople i have seen them throwing litter there.

However, I love to walk in the countryside because of its Serene and refreshing atmosphere. I oftenly walk in evening to boost my energy after my dyty hours. My dog also love to walk there.

I use to prefer to spend time in countryside but these days its full of garbage including plastic bags, rotten fruits, and food leftovers.

I firmly believe that you should take step by casting the news on your newspaper. I think its the best way to adress this issue.People would

eventually stop by throwing litter.

I will also attach some pbotographs of the lotter ypu can easily use them in your publish. I hope you will take this step.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three points: you explain that you enjoy the countryside’s “Serene and refreshing atmosphere,” describe plastic bags, rotten fruit and food leftovers, and ask the newspaper to publicise the issue. The photographs are also a relevant offer of evidence. However, some parts are less fully developed: the location is described only generally as “the countryside,” and the proposed solution focuses mainly on publishing a story, without explaining how this might change walkers’ behaviour or suggesting another practical measure. The opening and closing are recognisable as a letter, though “Dear Sir” does not follow the requested salutation. Develop the location and explain the likely impact of your suggestion more clearly.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a broadly understandable sequence: it introduces the problem, explains your enjoyment of walking, describes the litter, and makes a request to the newspaper. Paragraph breaks help separate these points. However, progression is not always smooth. The opening moves from the newspaper to general comments about walkers before the reason you enjoy walking is explained, and “However” does not clearly signal a contrast in that paragraph. Some links between ideas are abrupt, as in “I firmly believe that you should take step” followed by the claim that people would stop littering. Organise the letter around the three task points and use linking phrases that show the relationship between each idea more precisely.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “litter,” “plastic bags,” “food leftovers,” and “atmosphere,” so the reader can understand the main concern. There are also attempts at more descriptive language, such as “Serene and refreshing.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the message harder to follow: “comcerning,” “prople,” “pbotographs,” and “lotter” appear in the letter, while “garbage place” and “casting the news” are unnatural expressions. Some wording is also repetitive, particularly “issue” and “litter.” Check spelling carefully and learn natural collocations for reporting a local problem and proposing publicity.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You communicate using both short statements and some longer sentences, including “I oftenly walk in evening to boost my energy after my dyty hours.” However, control of sentence structure and basic grammar is inconsistent. Examples include “I am writing it to bring your attention,” “Everyone like,” “My dog also love,” and “I use to prefer,” which show problems with verb forms, agreement, and sentence patterns. Punctuation and sentence boundaries also need attention: “I think its the best way to adress this issue.People would” runs together, while the opening salutation is joined to the first sentence. Practise accurate simple sentence patterns first, then combine ideas with correctly formed clauses.
