Dear Sir,

I recently attend one of your concert in my area , The singer name is Rahat Fateh ,it is basically musical concert where i enjoyed alot ,had fun with my friends out there

I really enjoyed because the singer himself is very famous and his voice just bloom the atmosphere

Everyone there really enjoyed and had fun out there

He sang many of my favourites songs with his deep and magical voice

There are not much crowded area everyone had there full space to enjoy their good quality time with their friends and family members The concert start on time witout any delays I personally had an oppertunity to met singer and also had his autograph on my shirt

Moreover , I think there is little bit improvment required for the better audience experience as the seating capity for the family are very short otherwise all arrangements are perfect

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You identify the concert as Rahat Fateh’s and explain several reasons for enjoying it, including the singer’s voice, familiar songs, punctual start, space for the audience, and meeting the singer. You also make a relevant suggestion about increasing family seating. However, the feedback is not fully developed: the improvement point is brief, and it is unclear what “the seating capacity for the family are very short” means. The opening also does not follow the requested “Dear Sir or Madam,” and the concert description could be clearer. To strengthen the response, explain the seating problem precisely and suggest a practical change, such as adding more family seating or reservable areas.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response includes the main points in a generally understandable order: you name the concert, describe what you enjoyed, and finish with a suggestion. However, most ideas are placed in one long paragraph, so the reader has little visual guidance. Several points are also presented as separate statements without clear links, such as the comments about the audience’s space, the concert starting on time, and meeting the singer. The repeated phrase “had fun” adds little progression. Use separate paragraphs for the concert experience and your recommendation, and connect related details with phrases such as “In addition” or “One area for improvement is…”. This would make the organisation clearer and reduce the list-like effect.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary to describe the event, including “magical voice,” “autograph,” and “audience experience,” which helps communicate your enthusiasm. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning unclear. For example, “his voice just bloom the atmosphere” and “seating capacity … are very short” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “oppertunity” and “improvment” also affect the impression of control. Aim for precise event-related phrases and check spelling; for instance, describe the singer’s voice as “created a lively atmosphere” and say that “there were too few seats for families.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The letter communicates its main message, but grammatical errors occur frequently and some sentences are difficult to follow. There is limited variety in sentence structures, and several clauses are joined without clear punctuation. For example, “I recently attend one of your concert” has problems with tense and singular/plural agreement, while “The concert start on time” needs a past-tense verb. Articles and possessives are also inconsistent, as in “The singer name.” Break the long opening into complete sentences and check past-tense forms, articles, and plural nouns. A clearer version would be: “I recently attended one of your concerts in my area. The singer was Rahat Fateh, and I enjoyed the performance with my friends.”
