You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Student answer (Band 6.5)
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide a feedback about a concert I attended last week in our local community park.
It was the traditional Pakistani classic music concert on 10th July. I enjoyed to hear the great singer of this genre, Rahat Fateh, performing live at the concert.
The concert's success, I believe, gounds to the fact that it maintained to its genre and theme throughout the duration. I didn't experience it diverted to any other form of music or uncessary advertisements. Additionally, I would really appreciate the fact that this time a designated area was provided for elderly. Since this was a traditional music concert, and a group of audience was above 60 years, it helped them to enjoy it with their own peace. My grandfather really loved this idea of providing deignated zone for elder people.
However, I would like to highlight the concert start time. The concert was supposed to start at 4PM, but in actual it was started at 6pm. As I had an appointment with the dentist at 9PM, I couldn't attend that because the concert finished at 10PM instead of the published finished time of 8PM. I suggest that local council takes care of this in the next season.
I have put my postive feedback on your social media page too along with my suggestion for the next season.
Yours faithfully,
Waqass

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0
You address all three requirements: you identify the Pakistani classical music concert and its date, explain your enjoyment through the consistent musical theme and the seating area for older attendees, and suggest that the council improve its timing. The examples about your grandfather and the missed appointment make the feedback personal and relevant. Your main suggestion, however, is expressed quite generally as “takes care of this”; specify practical steps, such as publishing a realistic schedule or ensuring performers start on time. The reasons for enjoying the concert are clear, though the point about the elderly seating could be developed further by explaining how it improved the experience. Overall, the letter fulfils its purpose and supports its main points with relevant detail.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0
The letter has a clear progression: it introduces the purpose, describes the concert and its positive features, then raises a problem and closes with a note about your online feedback. Paragraphing helps the reader distinguish these functions, and transitions such as “Additionally” and “However” make the shift from praise to criticism easy to follow. The sequence of the delayed start, late finish and missed appointment is also understandable. To make the organisation more polished, connect the final suggestion more directly to the timing problem and avoid adding a closing point that does not develop the requested feedback. Some links between ideas, particularly the explanation of the older audience and the seating area, could be made more explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is adequate for giving detailed feedback, with useful topic-related expressions such as “traditional ... music concert,” “designated area,” and “published ... time.” You also attempt more formal wording, including “highlight” and “provide feedback,” although some choices are inaccurate or unnatural. For example, “a feedback” is not the usual form, “gounds to the fact” appears to be an incorrect expression, and “own peace” does not convey the intended meaning naturally. There are also spelling errors in “uncessary,” “deignated,” and “postive.” These do not prevent understanding, but they reduce precision. Aim for accurate collocations and proofread spelling, especially in phrases used to explain your main points.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “Since this was a traditional music concert” and a contrast introduced by “However.” Most of the message remains understandable, and the longer sentences help explain the circumstances around the delayed finish. Some grammatical errors remain, though. In “I enjoyed to hear,” the verb pattern should be “enjoyed hearing”; “it maintained to its genre” has an incorrect structure; and “the concert ... was started” is an awkward passive construction where an active form would be clearer. The sentence beginning “As I had an appointment” also needs clearer punctuation and connection to the main clause. Review verb patterns, articles and sentence boundaries to improve accuracy.
