Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You cover the three requested points: you identify a music festival featuring bands performing BTS songs, explain that the performers and energetic audience made it enjoyable, and suggest improving bin placement and adding cleaning staff. These details make the letter relevant and give the reader a clear sense of your experience. However, the concert is not identified very precisely, and the reasons for enjoying it are only briefly explained; for example, you could describe a particular performance or how the atmosphere affected you. The improvement request is also somewhat unclear in “facilities will be improve.” Develop each point with specific details and state the requested changes directly to make the feedback more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a recognisable structure, moving from an introduction to your experience, then to a suggestion and a closing. Paragraphing helps separate these stages, and expressions such as “However” and “overall” signal shifts in your message. At times, though, the progression is interrupted by details that do not clearly support the main purpose, such as the history of the concerts and searching online for a booking website. Some links are also awkward or unclear: “which force us to be a part of the army and the band” does not clearly connect the audience’s energy to your reaction. Keep the focus on the concert and use clear references and transitions between ideas.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt a range of vocabulary relevant to a concert, including “talented bands,” “tremendous energy,” “garbage bins,” and “concert platform.” This gives you some means of describing both the event and your suggestion. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the message less clear, as in “goosebumb,” “telent,” and “facilities” where “concerts” or “events” would be more precise. Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “expressed my experience” and “which me and my friends really admire it.” Choose familiar, accurate collocations first, and check spelling and word forms carefully; this will make your vocabulary more effective without needing unnecessarily complex expressions.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You try to combine ideas using relative clauses and contrast, for example in “the concerts which was organised” and “overall everythinks was perfect however…”. These attempts show some range, but complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make parts of the letter difficult to follow. Examples include “your are,” “I am writting an letter,” “bands who sung,” and the incomplete sentence beginning “which force us.” There are also problems with agreement and verb forms, such as “environment were” and “facilities will be improve.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add clauses; check subject–verb agreement, tense, articles, and sentence boundaries.
