Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both parts of the question: employees may gain skills and cultural awareness, while companies may benefit from networking and improved productivity. The pharmacy comparison between India and Canada gives a relevant example of learning about technology, and the Sciex example attempts to illustrate a company benefit. However, the response only partially develops these ideas. The employee benefits are clearer than the company advantages, which are asserted rather than explained in detail; for example, clarify how staff connections abroad lead to specific business gains. The opening also shifts quickly from the employee opportunity to a general claim about company standards, so your position could be more clearly framed. Develop each main point with a direct explanation and a well-connected example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate discussion of employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the two parts of the task. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven, and some linking expressions are inaccurate or repetitive. For example, “Nevertheless, although” combines two contrasting signals, while “To the nutshell” does not introduce the conclusion naturally. The phrase “To pertinent” also interrupts the explanation rather than connecting the example clearly to the point. Use one suitable connector at a time, and organise each body paragraph around a clear main idea followed by explanation and evidence. Clearer links between the Sciex example and the claimed productivity gains would also improve flow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “globalized,” “technological advancements,” “networking,” and “productivity,” and these choices show an effort to discuss workplace and international business concepts. However, the range is not consistently controlled: several expressions are unnatural or imprecise, such as “the norm would benefit,” “dire consequences” for a routine disruption, and “their skills are breath-taking” when describing company benefits. Spelling errors such as “assisant,” “senerio,” “intrupting,” and “benefical” also reduce accuracy. Choose vocabulary for its exact meaning and collocation, and check spelling carefully. More precise terms for employee development and business outcomes would make your ideas easier to follow.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast clause beginning “although” and a sentence explaining how employees may use skills in their home country. However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors in agreement, articles, sentence boundaries, and capitalization occur throughout. For example, “several benefits … directly helps” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “the gratitude and the style as well as their tradition and policies” is an incomplete sentence. The opening paragraph also contains a sentence fragment beginning “hence.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and punctuation when joining clauses. More reliable control of these basics will make your meaning clearer.
